January 17, 20188 yr VAR people saying they didn't think the ref made a clear and obvious error - must be Spurs fans
January 17, 20188 yr The VAR assistant still wouldn't have given a pen ? You have to be having a f**king laugh. This system is sh*t, just like it was in the Confederations cup. Refs are sh*t, no matter how much help they are going to get.
January 17, 20188 yr Are we really surpirsed that within a week of VAR Graham Scott ends up being the first one to f**k it up.
January 17, 20188 yr He's obviously decided that Willian was going down even before the contact ... possibly right ...
January 17, 20188 yr I’m sorry but how can it not be a clear and obvious error when there’s clearly contact and it’s not a dive yet he’s booked him for diving how much more clear and obvious can it be
January 17, 20188 yr "VAR official didn't feel it was a clear and obvious error" Willian was fouled and booked for diving. How much f**king clearer does it need to be?
January 17, 20188 yr Even if you don't think it's a pen there's no way it's simluation deserving of a yellow. He jumped to avoid and has every right to do with his feet whatever he wants so that when he lands he is in a good position to shoot. His leg was clipped. For me it's a pen but the one thing it is certainly NOT is simulation/yellow card.
January 17, 20188 yr 1 minute ago, TomCFC85 said: VAR should be the standard for all penalty decisions. and "dives"in the box that where the important mistakes tend to happen
January 17, 20188 yr That's going to be the problem with VAR referees won't want to say another ref is wrong. Works brilliantly in cricket as well because they aren't scared to overturn a decision.
January 17, 20188 yr Didier needs to have 'the talk' with Morata and tell him he's not in Spain anymore. Sick of watching him flop to the floor.
