At least Bakayoko wasn't the worst Milan player on the field,  I'm surprised he got a start, must be doing something right or Milan is completely f*ed

Actually bakayoko was thought to be Milan's MoTM

Higuain is not even an improvement, basically nobody cares about him so we can get him if we want...sadly that is a weakness from the board and no real ambition.

This rumour heating up. Very short term solution for mine.

I've watched the last few AC Milan games. Higuain looks very mobile and active. Very aggressive up to, he's just in a drought of finishing.

Bakayoko looks like a completely different player. He plays very deep in front of the back 4. He has much h more time and space and he's using it wisely. He glides around out of possession and pounces when necessary. He's pretty conservative with his passes, but every once in a while he'll thread a ball. Won't be surprised to see Milan pick up his option.

The biggest worry for me and Higuain is that it will use up funds that we could have used on a long term option, but there's no doubt he'd improve the first team.

Higuain was great for Milan in September and October and scored a lot. Then there was that match vs Juventus where he was really poor. He missed a penalty and was sent off.

Since he came back from the suspension he has been poor. I think he found out that it is sh*t to play as striker in Milan because there are no player besides Suso that will give you decent passes. And since Milan started to play 4-4-2 in recent month he just gets isolated.

Milan will go back to 4-3-3 in today's home match vs Fiorentina so maybe Higuain will perform again.

The fact Bakayoko looks a different player is a good reason to stay far away from Higuain. The move is not even feasible considering he is on a season long  with an option to buy. We also don’t offer over 30s more than a yearly rolling contract, so can’t see him leaving Milan where he is guaranteed a 3yr deal.

Higuains deal with Milan is just 1 year. It's a one year lone deal. Actually, if Chelsea or someone else won't take Higuain this winter Milan will probably send Higuain back to Juventus next summer, not using the 36M € option to buy.

According to rumours Chelsea would just take over Milans loan deal and option to buy in the summer. Morata included in the deal going to Milan.

Could be looking at an 18 month loan similar agreement we had with Juve for Cuadrado apparently.

Morata would be going the other way to AC Milan.

I think we need to resolve our striker problems so I wouldn’t be against this.

He's also in a different role. He's much deeper than what Chelsea was asking of him. And he started his season at Milan looking as lost as he did with us. He's improved a lot this season.

Point for me is that I think we can get a full refund on him, which is very good news.

Might even be just 6 months as well. Higuain for his wages for the rest of the season would he very nice.

He has been poor for the past year, he scored 5 goals in the league just like Morata.

His quality time has passed the only value is that Sarri might know how to work with him but I prefer to put RLC as striker than to see him.

Milan about to kick off against  Fiorentina commentators saying Higuain to Chelsea is the big news in Italy at the moment.

I'd take him if it's just a loan till the end the season, will make Sarri happy and stop playing the no striker system, probably will score a few goals. Batshuayi looked awful from the CL games I saw him this season, and what's his scoring record like right now? Tammy Abraham needs a season in the premier league before he's going to be a number 2 striker at Chelsea.

Desperate, if true. But I guess we’re desperate enough.

Why buy Higuain at his age and not Aubemeyang when he was available but deemed too old? It’s just nonsense.

Giroud was supposed to be a short term fix. Now this. A short term fix for a short term fix.

Our Board stumble around in the dark, no plan, no vision, just making it up as they go along. Incompetence doesn’t come close.

An 18 month loan would be a good deal.

He can still finish and his link up under Sarri at Napoli was incredibly good. He broke the 60 year long record for Serie A goals.

However, that was three years ago and he seems to be in a bit of a decline.

He will be better than what we have but once again the boards incompetence comes back to bite them. The time was in the summer to get a striker not Jan, on an old Higuan who will only grow slower and massive expectations put on him. Much rather get Tammy back and go all in for Icardi summer time. As many have said, no plan or vision. Where the hell is RA, he used to take control of matters in and out.
