The truth is he can't. For Jorginho it is all about conservatives pass, lots of  short sideway passes, some diagonal. 

Next week try to watch Tielemans play for Leicester, Leicester played 3412 so slightly similar to how we play and and watch how Tielemans make those line breaking and the speed of his pass

Say what? Passing between the lines may be Jorginho's best attribute.

Man there are so many bad pass, whoever put this highlight is trying to make Jorginho look bad.

Cut the wobbly pass, cut the pass where the attacker has to basically kick the ball back, cut thr underhit pass

Jorginho is very effective at passing thru the lines. Sure there may be a lot of recycled passes at times, but watch when he receives the ball - he frequently looks forward for that quick option and will release it. Against a low block the sideways appears slower and frustrates more, and he doesn’t have the range of Cesc on thru balls, but the guy passes the lines very well.

Luka Modric never ranked high on G/A stats, prime Joao Moutinho once went an entire season without a goal contribution in the league and that was in Portugal.

The first job for a player like Jorginho is to have us controlling the midfield and in the vast majority of games he does exactly that.

Jorginho has scored now 20 goals for the club in total. Nice work.

Was terrific again yesterday.

He's absolutely vital to the way we play. Probably one of the first names on the teamsheet for Tuchel when he goes with his strongest XI.

 

Very impressed with Jorginho yesterday. On another day could easily have had two assists (Chilwell hitting the bar, and Kante run where he missed the lob). 

 

Seems to be a tactic this season to have more runners in behind, and not just from the front 3.

Kovas injury has once more shown us we have a truly world class midfield duo, by far our beat combo there.

Tuchel confirms Jorgi should be fit to start against Juve despite coming off at the weekend which is fantastic news.

Proof that he's more than capable of finding openings, but there needs to be players actually making the runs first.

He didn't have a great game IMO. United always look to press him as they know he struggles with pace. 

Brave with the penalty yes, but too many mistakes today. The one 2nd half where Tiago had to rescue him on the halfway line when he got robbed by Fred could have turned out a lot worse.

That was a schoolboy error by Jorginho but it was made worse by everyone making schoolboy errors of leaving one guy at the back.

We usually leave one player back, but there isn't usually such a massive gap between last man the player ahead of him. I thought it was especially risky to play like that today with the likes of Rashford, Sancho and Ronaldo on the pitch. We could easily have been caught out a few more times today if the ball didn't bounce favourably for us from our own corner kicks.

Exactly! Usually one of the 3 CBs or one of the WBs are right next to Jorginho to prevent goals like that.
