Feel for Barkley but Kovacic is clearly the superior player, we've looked the nuts in midfield since he came on.

If we are going to have 20+ chances to score every home game, we're in for the best season's entertainment we've had in years ... good stuff !

Yeah, I feel for Barkley too. He's worked so hard to come back from injury, and impress Sarri with his chance...and you know what, he's a real threat.

Ultimately, he will lose his starting role to Kovacic because Kovacic is a more well rounded player, and offers a little more stability.

Hazard and Kovacic are really good at keeping the ball.
I'll be really disappointed if both of them just up and left for Madrid next season.

There was an improvement in our defence, we did well to keep that victory! Very important 3 points, we're keeping to run high, this is Chelsea! COME ON CHELS!!

Very important win, and a win coming back from a wobble too! 

 

At least we look awesome going forward, despite work being needed at the back. Onwards and upwards as always, plus last time we were scoring 3 goals a game (and conceding more than normal) we won the league too! ;)
