October 4, 20205 yr Let Dortmund develop him then we swoop him next season or the one after. He's still young and we're in a transitional period anyway.

I suspect this may happen United courting him all summer then we sign him next. Just for the United fans meltdown it's worth it

Sancho might be the one to go to Spain in the future if he doesn't end up in Man Utd next summer, I don't see us signing him but IMO it's worth to consider because if Barcelona wants a new star they might go for him. If Messi is leaving Barcelona there could be a chance that they once again sign a big talent like when they signed Dembele. Sancho is much much less risk of not working out.

They are not a super-wealthy club. We botched it badly which I knew was going to happen. Chelsea must be favourite if he's coming back to England.

I dont see Marina spending 120mill on one player after how we know she loves to haggle.

It would be quite funny if Marina manages to buy Sancho for around £90 million next season, making Woodward look even more of a clueless prat.

October 8, 20205 yr Pulisic & CHO on the left and Ziyech & Sancho on the right, we've had worst options. Unfortunately I can see us going all out for Rice and go for a budget option for the RW spot.

October 8, 20205 yr Between CHO, Werner, Mount, Pulisic, Ziyech and Havertz we have a decent set of wingers. Adding Sancho for that price will be excess unless CHO goes to Dortmund and we get Sancho for a deeply discounted price. If it can infuriate Bayern while keeping Dortmund strong, It will make me happy.

October 9, 20205 yr We're simply not going to spend 120M on Sancho. 73M on Havertz was a stretch at the time.

October 11, 20205 yr Do we even need Sancho ? Looking forward to seeing what Ziyech can produce in the same position. And then we also have CHO, who is capable of producing similar numbers to Sancho in terms of goals/assists if he has a run of games in the team ... so Sancho is a "thanks but no thanks" for me, and especially so seeing as there seem to be a few question marks over his attitude etc.

To buy another key player where we already have a clear starter would only complicate things. Only if Pulisic keeps getting injured then we would need to re-evaluate him and consider if in fact he is a flop or not, otherwise someone would be unhappy very soon knowing that he is good enough to play as a starter but can't because the club bought another player to play in his position.

We didn't really need Havertz and we still went out and bought him. He is a statement signing, the type of signing which takes you from third place to champions. And Hudson Odoi hasn't really impressed me since his injury, not that im writing him off but Chelsea are pretty ruthless.
October 11, 20205 yr I’d love to sign Sancho. He’s a fantastic player with his best days ahead of him and clearly already has a relationship with some of the squad. I’m not so fussed about his price as some people are. If it was going to cause a FFP issue or meant missing out on plugging gaps in the squad that clearly need filling by the end of this season then I’d be against it. But if Roman and Marina were calm about it, I’d be all for it. I’d love to snatch him from under United and Liverpool’s noses.
