Burnley V Chelsea (PL) Sun 28th Oct 13:30 UK

It was a perfect away perfomance.

I was always told you have to earn the right to play your football, and I thought that is exactly what we did in that 1st 10 mins, when Burnley came flying put of the box and bombarded the box with crosses.

We rode the early pressure, without conceding any sort of chance, then after 10 minutes, we had played ourselves into the game.

We played some fantastic football, and actually created enough chances that I don't think Burnley could've had any complaints if we scored 7 or 8 today.

Players looked like they were having a great time out there. It was a dodgy first 10 minutes, but wonderful thereafter. Some cracking goals.

What a win. Especially when you consider that Hazard was out and we have gone to a tough ground and made a tricky game on paper look very easy. Love racking up the clean sheets too. Delighted that Arsenal dropped points to Palace and we now have got a bit of leverage over them. Good to see the two English lads excelling as well. Barkley is excelling and I have always had faith in him. He just needs to stay fit and play and he is capable of top notch performances. He has everything. Strength, burst of pace on the ball, good shot, can shoot with either foot and has a good eye for a pass. So many positives and we are still unbeaten! ::ChELSeAFaN::

Quality performance dominated a tough side and made it look easy, good to see Morata Playing fairly well and getting a goal and 2 English lads on the scoresheet.

Glad to see Barkley proving me wrong looking class in that midfield could finally have an answer to the lack of goals in the midfield.

Onto the next one the return of Super Frank,

UTC.

Great result !!! Great game !!! Perfect from A to Z against those wnakers from Bumley !!! And, more importantly, another week without a defeat and therefore another week where we avoid crisis :) !!! UTC !!!!

Great victory!

The unbeaten run is just raising, another clean sheet and fantastic 4-0 win.

So nice to see Barkley is improving from game to game, we finally have a midfielder that looking to score goals and win games. Also, I'm happy for RLC taking his chance, another goal for him and a good performance.

Let's keep that going! COME ON CHELS!!!!

We played superbly today - good atmosphere from the Chelsea mob too.

Burnley whose hard-core normally make a heck of a racket were noticeably quiet!

Amusingly, the pub (under the bridge and on the right from the shopping centre) has been renamed The Royal Dyche!  Even funnier is that the Henry VIII image on the hanging sign is actually an image of Dyche - brilliant!

I'm not sure that we've played any better than this this season - Burnley (apart from a fast start) were played off the park.  All our players put a shift in apart from Morata (who didn't have a bad game to be fair - it's just that he's so flipping static, like he is just waiting for the perfect ball in to him).

Sad to see Pedro go off injured and there was a nasty tackle on Kepa in the second half.

Shame on the couple of fans who couldn't keep their mouths shut during the Last Post - muppets!

Could you of thought after hearing all of last season "We need to suffer without the ball" and now we are making team's suffer while having the ball. And on top of that we now have a positive midfield headache in who do we pick bloody head am loving it. COME ON CHELSEA!!!!!

Think Sarri is improving the players we have, and that is another sign of a great manager. The only gripes i have are i feel like three of our biggest talents in CHO, Christensen, and Ampadu could seriously suffer.

Sarri is happy with any player once they can play with and without the ball his way.

people will just have to let him do the job his way and accept he will play these boys when he can trust them.

Only saw the highlights on MOTD but a few points I took away from it:

Willian making the correct decisions and getting the dividends for it + (last goal came from a good corner aswell, just GET IT IN THE MIXER)

Kante looking like he was linking play nicely in midfield.

Barkley looking confident & also like his decision making is improving. 1 goal + 2 assists speaks for itself (great for FF managers)

Burnley looked a bit crap but nice to get some goals on the board especially with Hazard not playing.

Our best allaround performance this season. Against the team, we usually struglle because they're scumbags of the earth + the refs who always allow them to get away with nasty tackles and roughness. after having a mental cause I have to 'watch' the game via stream I finally saw a replay.

That was Morata's one of his best performces. gave us a lead with superb finish and half volley as well as header wich were miraclously saved by Heart who I presume had also the best performance the season - of course, it's Chelsea. I susspect and I pray that he was given some strong motivational speech for his Bday becuse every one of you who calls him  a pussy, he prowed you wrong. He has not allowed himself to be intimidated by those thugs at any moment. Hope that was realy the turning point in his head and he fulfill his talent.

Barkley, someone already sent him home because of the scouse equalizer, I now see him starting over Kovacic because of the end product. He's a real warrior.

Willian, another usuall supect, he was literally flying the pitch as he was transcend for the opposition. I realy hope he finally gets the Sariball.

Go RLC. You can be anything you want, apperently (AM, WF, STR). Just keep training with Sarri.

Kepa, what a footwork he offers. His reflexes are as sgood as DeGeas, he's proving it from game to game. I think and hope I am not in the wrong, Kepa is keeper of the future. He can leave DeGea in the rear when he matures.

It was nice to see a big smile on Sarri's face, leaving the pitch on wings of his name echoing all over Turf Moor.

Big Win, big perfomance. And without our jewel.

As much as I hate I must give credit to thugs cause they didn't park the bus and actually wanted to play. But of course they cannot play other than trying to injury our players. It was nice to see Cork received a taste of his own medecine, when trying to f**k up Barkley's ankle he ended up f**king his own. And that nasty tackle from Barnes who tried to cripple our keeper. UK comemntator tried to justify it that it that it was ball first. Yeah as birdsh*t eating Young who injured Hazard's back with a scissors after ball first.

We were great but Burnley were complete garbage. Huge amount of spaces for our wide guys behind their full backs  and we had plenty of opportunities to pass the ball forward.

Against such bad opposition the strong points of our team really stand out.

Kante is really growing into the box to box role

Barkely not just the goal but actually his defensive positioning was excellent

Morata made great runs and stayed on side. He is mobile and reasonably pacy  The passes over the top to him are starting to come together. The only thing I haven't seen this season is the crosses from Dave for Morata to head home.

Arrizablaga is very good with his distribution and we are confident playing out from the back. Actually play out from the back with a 4 man defence better than last season with 5.

RLC needs to demonstrate a bit more consistency, was far more average today and his passing is not as sharp as the others, and neither is his defensive work rate although that and his positioning are improving.

It  costs a lot of sleep to watch games live in Sydney now the clocks have moved in both countries but last night was well worth it. Reminds of Chelsea in 2006/7

You hear it from managers week in, week out, (always remembering to keep the competitive nature of the Premier League brand at the forefront, of course) "There are no easy games in the Premier League." Well, that Burnley side was without pace, desire ( without that, they're relegation fodder) and quality and, bar the fact that Joe Hart saved them from an even bigger drubbing, were completely outplayed by a Chelsea side bristling with confidence, even without Hazard. That was no more than a training exercise, such was the gulf in class.

Must admit to being very pleased and to be honest surprised, it turned out such as easy game for us !

We won 4-0 away at Burnley ?!

Ross Barkley for me was outstanding , in a very good team performance.
