I completely agree with you, Sterling is simply better at almost everything compare to puli.

I just want to point out that puli is not this terrible player. His injury record is kinda bad though

I look at Puli; and struggle to see what he is good at:

Average passing

Average finisher

Average pace

Doesnt take players on when dribbling

Cant head

doesnt win physical battles

poor fitness

Am i missing something?? What were the standout traits that made people think he would be half decent?

You missed out

Hides from the ball.

TBH Jim I feel there isn't much difference in Pulisic and the Sterling we have got now. In terms of finishing I'd probably give the edge to Pulisic though neither are great. That's always been a criticism of Sterling throughout his whole career, needs 4 or 5 chances to convert one. I also feel Pulisic works harder but I fully accept he his too lightweight and injury prone. There were times in games last season where I was watching Sterling and I felt he wasn't giving 100%.

I think the lack of giving their all can be labelled at a lot of players last season. My hope is that Pochettino can weasel these players out. I don’t mind losing and finishing mid table if we know that all on the field have given 100%

He was giving 100%. The problem, and not just for Sterling, was (a) the complete absence of discernible plans and strategies; and (b) the apparently random selection/rotation amongst the forwards. I suspect despair was the common problem.

Pulisic is a done deal to AC Milan!

May I take this moment to thank our American Pulisic FC members (it's been a pleasure) that have joined since he arrived and who will now move on, leaving us even more bewildered of just following one player from club to club. This may help you guys out! @USATim has probably already joined!

The guy started not too badly at all but faded quickly, and like other players, not helped by the fact of the takeover and the circus that followed!

....I'm off to Redcafe myself now, Cheers now!

What i'm trying to work out is where the hell is he going to play in this Milan team?

He's not displacing Leao and he's even more useless on the right.

I’ve honestly no idea. Thankfully none of my concern now though!

He’ll be keeping RLC company in the treatment room.

From what i saw from a few Milan fans is Leao on the left Pulisic in the number 10 spot and they are going for Chuckwueze from Villareal to play on the right

Yea it’s a weird one from Milan’s perspective.

Considering how tight they are money wise this one seems unwise to say the least; doubt Maldini would have signed off on it.
