Gives us the chance of a further cup run which to me is important to keep the players and squad motivated.

I don't necessarily buy into its either league position or cup, I think success in one helps the other.

Playing Slavia at the Eden Arena...Perfect Match

Not getting too complacent, but we can still put all our efforts into top 4 qualification without having to go full on in the EL for now and more games for CHO and RLC.  Couldn't have gone better.

As Arsenal and Chelsea have both been drawn away in the first leg, Arsenal's tie will be reversed, so they will play at home in the first leg against Napoli.

 

Best outcome we could have hoped for.

This is looking very, very easy on paper. 

We'll be in the final, without too much trouble. Unless there is a collapse of catastrophic proportions. We can win this. Come on! 

Anyone know if/when we get through is the semi final 1st leg home or away, or has that been decided yet?

Decent draw considering other possible match ups. All teams deserve respect at this stage of the competition though. Lets not forget that Slavia just knocked out one of the favorites in Sevilla. And they did it by coming back from losing positions at numerous points in the tie. They clearly have a lot of fighting spirit in their team.

We have an extremely easy route to the final. I'm booking tickets for Madrid!

There is no such thing as an "extremely easy" route. On paper it is the best draw we could have asked for, but had we played Sevilla, everyone would say that is a tough game. Slavia Prague knocked out Sevilla so don't underestimate them.

On paper the best possible draw and I’ll admit without trying to disrespect the teams left in it that I’ll be disappointed if we don’t go on to win it.

Could it be destiny, Sarri wins his very first trophy against his former team Napoli in the final. 

Happy with the draw. Need to go on with it now and win the competition.

Flights booked. £110 for a return, can't complain really.

Best draw we could have hoped for, but we cant underestimate them as they just knocked out Sevilla, who only just a couple of seasons ago won the europa 3 seasons in a row. 

If we do get through, i expect to play benfica in the semi's, which should also be a decent game for us, and then either Napoli or Arsenal in final. 

Napoli vs Chelsea would be pretty poetic though dont you think?

Well I guessed two ties right. Good draw but no easy ties at this point, appart from liverpool's that is.

Not great though cause you can see the headlines if first Pep then Napoli stop Sarri winning a trophy.

Good draw but noone should be underestimated. Happy Napoli and Arsenal drew each other and are in the other side of the draw. 

It's also great that we're playing at home second leg.
