November 9, 20196 yr If today wasn't enough to put us off Zaha then I will be shocked. He was absolute w**k. There is a reason why teams don't want to go all in on him like we did with Pulisic.

If so, you’re talking bollocks as it wasn’t a 5 yard pass and a shot at goal for a team mate in the 6 yard box, so I’m not quite sure how you’ve got them as the ‘same thing’. If you say so.

He's comeback amazingly well after that game at UTD. Crucially, he's moving well now and making very few errors of anykind.

November 9, 20196 yr A bit of a grind at times, but a well deserved win. Pulisic was man of the match for me.

I agree, I was talking about passing quicker as Palace left gaps rather than bombing forward in numbers. It all worked out in the end, the 2nd goal settled it?

November 9, 20196 yr Decent win in the end. Palace never looked like doing much. Didn't like that free header they got from a corner though. We don't seem to be getting any better at defending set pieces.
November 9, 20196 yr Great win today. Terrific performances from a bunch of players, James, Tomori & Zouma the best for me. Palace are a tricky side this season so great to get another three points in the bag. Lampard is doing extremely well.

November 9, 20196 yr Fantastic result, we managed the game very well and got what we deserved in the end. A lot of great individual performances L Zouma, James, Pulisic, Kovacic, Willian. Come on Chelsea, exciting times at the Bridge !

We're making massive contributions to the England setup, have likeable non-maverick players like Costa, likeable down to earth manager like Lamps' who nobody hated anyway as a player, playing attractive attacking football and not really quite challenging for the title. There's really no reason to hate us atm

November 9, 20196 yr Good overall performance, a little slow in possession in the first half but upped it a bit in the second and deservedly got the opener. From that moment the result was never really in doubt. Good performances from Pulisic, Willian and Kovacic. Special mention though has to be for James who completely nullified Zaha...the changing of the guard permanently at Right Back is now looking on the cards.
November 9, 20196 yr 17 minutes ago, EdinburghBlue said: Not to harp on about this but that’s both halves of this game had 4 minutes of added time. Neither half has had anywhere near the stoppages that our second half against Ajax had. The stoppage time vs amsterdam might have something to do with compensating the 2 reds. Plus the UCL in the group stages has weird tv rules. A game cant go beyond a certain time. But that could only be the case for group stages.
November 9, 20196 yr Had to go out today, thought we would win yet was waiting for the team line up before betting, gave up at 11.05. How did Kante play today? Edited November 9, 20196 yr by Strider6003

I concur. Although some think chelsea's comeback was thanks ENTIRELY to the ref. I mean it would not be fun if CFC were not hated a bit right ? I kinda like adversity when it comes to chelsea haha
November 9, 20196 yr I could listen to Joey Cole talk about football all day, he’s so eloquent and talks so much sense. I’m so glad he’s involved at the club.
November 9, 20196 yr Another win. And got to get a clean sheet too. James was fantastic wow. A little too confident sometimes, but wow he is special. Kovacic, bearing in mind Jorginho was absent and he is not usually in the pivot with Kante, was once again fantastic. Willian top class. Pulisic top class too. Three league games in a row he has scored in and he looks electrifying when he is on the ball, with a purpose. You can see how much improvement he has made. Him being thrown out the limelight for a bit has done him wonders. Did not thought Abraham was at his best today, but another goal and a top finish too. Tomori was solid and Zouma was excellent. Wow, hopefully Leciester beat Arsenal or at worst get a draw and top 4 is looking really good. Nice way to go into the international break.
