I remember Lampard making this point. Did they ever concede 48 goals in a season? It goes beyond the defenders when we have conceded more goals than many teams in the league with worse defenders.

Everyones favourite ‘dominate the flow of a game’ Jorginho has been f**king anonymous. James the wonder kid is beaten so easily defensively. Pulisic has had about 2 runs where he got near the box and then... lost the ball. I could go through the whole team.
Tammy is  completely isolated dealing with sh*te long balls and getting no support. His hold up play should be better but he’s far from the worst out there.

 

Every single player in our team is losing their individual battles & when that happens you have absolutely no chance of getting anything out the game.

Tammy has done nothing, everything was poor today. Heck even the ball bounces off of him with every touch.

I have said all season that Reece James looks poor defensively and isn't ready yet.

I didn’t say he was having a good game. But if you watched this game with no context / knowledge of prior matches, you’d probably single out other players ahead of him.

Mount has been poor today, no doubt but to claim it’s been all season for him is laughable.

If I was the opposition coach, I would mercilessly target him too. He's dangerous when allowed to roam forward but is easily got at because he's slow at getting back into position. 

His positioning is sh*te because he keeps bombing forward whilst adding nothing

This will tell you how bad cfc have been in the first  half > how many times have you swore to yourself while sat watching

Who has played well? What is a striker expected to do with zero service and the rest of the team playing woefully? Like I said, he’s not playing well but he’s not alone there. The whole team has been murder

When did he last have a good game? Off my head the Leicester game in Feb.  What does he add creatively to the team going forward? His main strength is off the ball pressing. That matters for nothing if you control 60-70% possession against 14 teams in the league.

I dare say Utd are better than us. It seems to be that Solskjaer has done a great job at Utd. They were way behind us, but now they have a chance to beat us into 3rd place. Granted they have better players in most areas of the pitch, but considering where we were and they were a few months ago, now looking at both teams it feels like they have the edge and more confidence.

Not many but that’s mainly because I spent most of the first half in the kitchen comfort eating. 

I have stopped blaming the players now this is all tactically now it's been too consistently sh*t to be players

Lampard has a lot to learn about the defensive side of the game. He needs a better defensive coach around him to help him.
