Well, if we can't get through that draw, we don't deserve to be in the competition.

Would argue that while Sevilla are better than any of Liverpools opponents overall the other sides are better than both Rennes and the planet from Star wars lol.

Once again City get a group their under 18s could win.

when you own your own country and are sitting on top of gazillions of barrels of crude then you always get what you want !

A good group. Hopefully we will have found our feet by the time of the Seville games. We really should go through if not win that group.

Good draw, Chelsea should top the group. 

lovely draw, all new opponents, 2 close away games, and some interesting opposition players to watch especially Camavinga.

We got some luck there thankfully, the last thing we need right now is to be playing the elite European teams in the next set of weeks. 

Should be a favorable draw. Sevilla will be tough, but if we are healthy there is no reason we shouldn't win this group

If we don’t win this group it will be criminal 

I wouldn't subestimate Seville or indeed Rennes. Last season we couldn't finish on top of Valencia and were lucky to beat Ajax, and I think that Seville is a tougher opponent than Valencia.

I believe we're going to be one of the most interesting groups this year, Rennes and Sevilla are far away from being poor teams. We're level above, that's right but we can't underestimate the opponent.

We have enough quality and experience to reach the 1st spot in this group. Once we will improve as a team and all our players will return to form, we're going to make it better.

This is the worst  possible draw and we have it for second year in a row. 

On paper we are slight favorites. In reality Sevilla and Rennes are pretty darn good teams. Just like Ajax and Valencia. It's much better to have two big dogs fighting for the first place than these leveled three horse races.

Sevilla is a top team, it's not going to be easy to top the group.

Currently we are playing abysmal no matter what level of opponent, so wouldn’t really be shocked to finish bottom unless Pulisic bails is out.

We should win the group but there's no reason to put unrealistic expectations on the team. Rennes are currently first in Ligue 1 and Sevilla are always a strong side to compete against.

After reading some of the posts in here I had assumed we had drawn Bayern, Juventus and Real Madrid.

This is a very straight forward group and we should be able to get out comfortably.

Question is whether we can beat Sevilla to top it.

As long as we reach the knockout stage we should be happy. After that whatever happens happens, same expectations as last season.
