Don't know what's the reason, but f**k me do players in the Premier League now a days like to fall and roll with the minimal contact. It must be the the league with most penalties called and most fouls, it starts to resemble La Liga with players rolling and shouting like they've broken bones every single time. And its not only this game with Everton, whoever watched the Aston Villa v Wolves, it was a competition to see who had the most players falling per minute.

Everton are more dominant in the midfield, Allan is killing the game so far. 

Their trio presses us well, it's not that hard to read their game. We can make it, we just need to play much better, come on them like animals.

Havertz looking dreadful in first half. Also they are doing a good job with Mina man marking Giroud...

Still confident about this, we just need to be more direct in attack. If it continues like this Tammy could be the solution.

Havertz is trying to make these cute 'pass your player' passes. Pass the ball so close to the opponent it is 50/50. If it works you can go through but my word have they not worked. 

We have been poor but we were unlucky not to score, hitting the post. Surely we can’t play this poor again anyway, I’ll be shocked if we don’t score. Pickford clearly injured.

We don't deserve to be losing, we've had loads more chances than they have, we handed them their goal, soft as f. 

Kai has probably had the worst 45 mins since he joined us, appalling. 

We could sub Havertz and have 2 up front. put Werner inside right, Mount inside left, Chilwell and James bombing down the wings, Abraham and Giroud up front with Giroud staying deep and Tammy doing the leg work.

Havertz hasn’t been the same since he got COVID. At this point I’d put mount on the wing even though I’m not a fan of him there.

It's middle or bench as far as Havertz is concerned imo. Some players are just suited to one role. I think he's been decent in the middle so far this season. 

It's all from the attack, there's nothing there. One of the worst performances I've seen from Kovacic mind. But our poor quality here is coming from this dreadful attack. Havertz is completely useless at the moment, he offers nothing and Werner is highly frustrating. It's no wonder Reece was shouting at Kai, he can't even do the simple things right like play in your fullback. 

One positive is the amount of space Kovacic is getting at inside right, we need Werner and Havertz to run off him and create more space out wide for James. No point in bringing Jorginho on as Kante is running midfield.

We need to work Pickford more and look for the 2nd balls in the box, they have the aerial superiority therefore we need to look for pull backs and midfielders arriving in the box.

Havertz has to come off, the game is passing him by yet again; bring on Gilmour throw Mason out wide...bring Tammy on after 15 min, there's simply no movement up front and the Everton defence hasn't even got into a sweat yet.

At this rate we are better off bringing on Tammy, Gilmour or Anjorin for Havertz.

With today's squad, I'd like to see a 4-2-2-2... with keep the back four, leave kante and kovacic and deep players, move werner out wide left, put abraham and giroud up top together, move james forward wide right, and bring on azpi... mount/ havertz off, abraham/ azpi on. kante, kovacic, and mount don't score enough in the midfield
