It's like Frank promotes having no imagination at all when playing football. The players always seem to take "safe" options. 

How? I remember some goals being chalked offside because of outstretching arm, why can’t the same rule be applied to defenders? F*cking shambles

Because Vardy wasn't offside for their second goal. You can't be offside from a goal kick.
