Totally understand what you're saying to the point I'm almost agreeing with you.

However after you exploits tonight I'd probably give trying to win any arguments a pass for now. ?

A good manager builds a team to the player’s strengths rather than trying to shoe horn them into a style of football you have in mind. I think this has been one of Frank’s biggest mistakes and what will cost him his job.
