Official Thomas Tuchel *Now Sacked*

If we get out of this mess to some normalcy, I would want the club to sign him for 10 years. Impeccable how he has conducted himself and kept the team focused on football. I used to love Mou but I can't imagine what it would been with him instead in this situation.

“We are in the middle of a complicated situation and we need the supporters to be positive and to help the team to perform and hopefully win, because it helps us to go through uncertain times. “

“This is what we try and we will play our part and let’s see what it will feel like in the stadium.”  Thomas Tuchel.

TT has handled the media brilliantly but I do feel like his tone is shifting towards reviewing his situation at the end of the season.

We need this takeover to happen in weeks if we want to keep TT and the core of our squad from being stripped away.

This is just a witch-hunt now pure and simple. A PR stunt to appease the mob and cover the fact the UK is basically doing very little to support Ukraine.

It’s devastating for us fans - yet because we don’t play in red - fans are barely acknowledged within the reporting I’ve read. Just an all-round biased disgrace.

If Chelsea get forced into administration or worse I might have to step away from watching/reading the sport for a while. It’s just not worth the mental health load until the anger passes a bit.

I’m sure I’ll return once the world feels a more just place.

Just hope someone involved at the heart of all this is not just in it for themselves and can put the fans of a 130-year heritage & cultural asset before £££s for once.

Sorry for rant

I don’t see Tuchel going anywhere. He is in the best league in the world in one of the nicest cities in England. We have an amazing youth academy and some incredibly talented players. Think about the potential that is in this team. We waste 56 chances every game and we still are winning and doing well (even without wingbacks). What club could he go to that will be an improvement? The only teams in England better than us are Liverpool and City (and we have been playing very well against them). If we were forced to sell players and have to play Ampadu & Billy Gilmour in midfield we would still have a better midfield than United. I could only see him go to Juventus in Italy or Real Madrid in Spain when Ancelotti  leaves but I don’t think that’s realistic in the near future

Tuchel is a smart man. He is already a legend in my eyes. I don't think he would leave Chelsea, he has the chance to be the greatest and most loved manager in Chelsea's history.

Also, i doubt that any of the players would want to leave apart from the usual suspects. Therefore, i still see Chelsea in a very strong position next year as long as we have a quick sale to stop this witch-hunt.

While not mentioning the storng Man United links Big Petr had this to say:

Cech: We hope Tuchel will stay

Chelsea technical goalkeeper Petr Cech speaking to Sky Sports' Super Sunday:

“Thomas (Tuchel) has a contract till 2024. We have been told that the contracts will be valued and in that way we hope we will have him as a coach.

“That’s another thing. Tomorrow things can change and then my answer will be irrelevant.

“We know in football managers come and leave and sometimes the clubs change the owners. We know that. Now we are in that situation.

“We hope the new owner will come and want to continue this legacy of the club to be competitive and take care of the community as the Chelsea foundation setup in the past.”

Just watching TT's reaction to getting a win today. Made me wonder if he's thinking we need to stay at least 9 points ahead of 5th place in case we end up in administration and take a points deduction.

Tuchel also reiterated his commitment to continue his work despite off-field noise…

‘There is no doubt that I stay until the end of the season. We just have to wait day-by-day because everything can change. The situation is clear, the club is up for sale and hopefully it will go through to sort things out. I have no further information.

‘The focus is on the first team of Chelsea, on me and the players, but Chelsea is much more than only the first team. It’s a massive club with huge tradition and there are hundreds of people here so for them it’s important that we show the spirit and show what we are about, which is football because we love the game.’

Finally, there was an update on logistics ahead of a week featuring two away games…

‘Nothing has changed so far for me. My last information [for the Lille game] is that we have a plane so we can go by plane and go back by plane. If not we go by train, if not we go by bus, if not I drive a seven-seater and I will do it.

‘If you asked me 20 years ago if I would join a Champions League match on the sideline and what I was willing to do, I would say what do I have to do so why should this change?

‘There are some talks going on about the organisation but it does not influence me because we have brilliant guys who organise the travel and in every department so committed people that make things feel pretty normal in the moment.’

You guys are seriously reading this too much. He's just happy that after what looks like another frustrating draw, we got a last minute goal and 3 points.

Brilliant.

I don't think we could have dreamt of having a better manager than Tuchel to try to guide us through this crisis.

He learned it the hard way (bombing attack on bus + falling out with his boss in the aftermath as well as trying to man manage the divas at PSG - those on the pitch and those in the office).

Those fools at Hyundai need to re-think their plans. Imagine the advert they could put together with Tuchel driving one of their people carriers with some of the team in the back.

Azpilicueta map reading with Rudiger asking from the back; "Are we nearly there yet?"
