He had a few good matches, but that was months ago, when the entire team played better. Now a squad player to come on at the 80th minute or so, definitely not a starter.

Sarr is shocking he needs taking off. 

Which one of our staff scouted Sarr? He wouldn't even start for a mid-table team.
