Personally believe its down to personnel. Tuchel is the kind of manager the builds his team based on what's available and before he came, the board were clearly going in the direction of 'flair' players. Tuchel played more direct at PSG because of the players they had there. 

Week after week, we come in here and say the same things over and over again. Tuchel needs to wake up, he can't keep blaming the injuries and COVID for these awful performances.

Deserved nothing, lacked passion, thought and composure. Really disappointing performance

Havertz can't start the next game, Tuchel has to send a message here. That was the most embarrassing performance I've seen by one of our players in years.
