I’ve missed the game, last time I checked it was 2-1, I knew Wolves would equalise.

The only question I have is, with Lukaku scoring 2 how did he play?

Was much more like the one we had a good few months ago, where he wasn't doing bad at all (albeit for a month or so)

Problem is, I think Lukaku's better form today has affected Werner's head again, cause he is back to his previous form again!

Ok...what about last weekend? And the week before that? And the games before that?

Don't be silly. Just because we may look different next week doesn't mean we won't get smashed.

The FA Cup is something even the departing players will want to win, league games to secure top 4 when they're not going to be here next season is one obvious reason a handful of players may not be playing to their potential. We'll rise for the FA cup final, even if we don't win it.

I think I’d have started Mount and Chalobah if fit. Or at least had them involved at some stage. At least you know they intend to be here next season and might actually care.

To be honest once I saw we were relying on Loftus Cheek as midfield cover we were pretty much screwed. He’s lucky he’s getting such a run of games.

As for what Sarr and Saul were doing on the pitch only Tuchel knows.

Agree about Mendy. Great shot stopper. But that was a last minute cross he should be going for and punching away.

Less said about what Havertz and Werner were up to those last few minutes, the better. Brainless from the pair of them.

Ok, so maybe you’re just a little hard of thinking. The “first time” I refereed to was you referring that Liverpool c**t as “Hendo”. How else should you refer to him? It’s up to you, but I don’t see anyone else referring to the f**ker ad “Hendo”. Neither do I see anyone else wishing that we lose the FA Cup Final. Only you.

And with that, I’m out of it. You’re really not worth any more of my time.

Has Henderson killed your mother or something? 😂 I know you're Upsetter and you're attempting to upset me but damn. It's not that big of a deal.

We should have been able to close this game out from 2-0. I think most of us on here worried when Sarr came on and we inevitably conceded the late equalizer. In terms of top 4 every point is useful but it is sad that we have slipped from comfortably 3rd to sweating about a top 4 spot. I know many on here expect to see a much improved performance from us in the Cup final next week, but I am less confident going into that game now. The energy just seems to be gone from this team in recent weeks, and we are facing a team that will be fired up to sweep the trophies.

They should rise to the occasion otherwise they in the end are just taking a piss.

However, it's not going to be enough. Liverpool are far too clinical. One mistake and we will get punished. The trust that I have in these players is gone.

I cannot bear another season with the majority of them lot. TT's going to get sacked mid-season.

Didn’t watch the game - prioritized having a weekend over waiting for Chelsea. Can’t say I am surprised by the result - team lacks leadership, courage and any sort of football intelligence.

We can blame the players all we want, but it’s largely been this way since Nov. leak goals and so easy to play against. Great players, but I won’t miss Rudi, Dave or AC if/when they leave - hardly like they defend that well.

To me though, this is on Tuchel. Team is not physically or mentally prepared these days. How we are third I have no idea, and if we finish fourth that would be a good outcome to a really disappointing season. We’ll be lucky to finish fourth though - team has nothing rigj

This is a generation when a manager does sh*t and he gets away with it. Fingers crossed. I have talked again and again about Tuchel's tactics. To those who don't believe we can play four at the back and be ok, I give them the example of Man City and Liverpool, they pay four at the back and they are ok.

So, most of this problem is on Tuchel. Aspi is not good enough for this level. Werner is not good enough for this level. We need a marquee signing in that midfield. Players like Pulisic, Ziyech and Mount need to do more. Don't know if if Tuchel is the way forward.

Let's wait and see what the new owner will do. And let's wait and see what will happen in the summer.

We keep bringing in these overpriced players that don't fit the style of how we want to play and some of them won't fit any style because they are sh*t.

We have made some absolute dogsh*t signings in recent years. Bakayoko, Zappacosta, Drinkwater, Morata, Werner, Lukaku, Kepa. All of these can be on the list of our worst signings in 20 years, and they were all signed for massive record breaking numbers. Then you have players like Pulisic, Havertz, Jorginho, more players bought in for massive amounts of money but can only perform well in patches.

What makes this worse is that I, a couch potato football fan, was saying that pretty much all of these players were not good enough and we should stay well away before we even signed them. How can a person like myself who has no experience in football see this but the professionals can't?

I remember a few people saying Bakayoko was good and I had to question if they ever watched him because he was complete w**k every time I saw him play, and what was he like when we signed him? dreadful, possibly the worst player I have ever seen in a Chelsea shirt. Morata and Lukaku, two players I didn't want us to go anywhere near years ago. We ended up with Morata who is one of the biggest chokers of all time, and astonishingly signed the other useless lump a few seasons later. It wasn't good enough that we signed one failure, we had to go and bring the other one in too.

Kepa, none of us knew much about him, but we signed him for an insane amount of money because we got desperate after Courtois wanted to leave. We would have been better off losing Courtois on a free a season later than throwing so much money away for Kepa.

Drinkwater, never wanted him, always said it was a waste of money. I still to this day can't find a single reason why we bought him here. Zappacosta, a deseperate move because Conte needed another wing back, nobody rated him all that highly.

Pulisic, I thought I had been proven wrong by him by the end of his first season, but the past 2 seasons have only proven that I was right to be worried about him as well.

Jorginho. I wasn't sure what to make of him at the time, I knew he was a signing bought in to completely change how we play, but I'm not sure it's worked out in the long run. We keep possession better than ever, but I don't think it's made us a better team. If anything, I think we are a weaker side overall since we changed our identity.

Havertz, generational talent? I never bought into that. He's a player with some real high quality moments, but he's just looking like another player that doesn't fit and is struggling to adapt to the Premier League.

The only one I got wrong was Werner, I really believed that he was going to be great for us, but he's been awful. He just doesn't fit at all. Not in our squad or the Premier League.

How can our player recruitment be this bad? I don't think I have seen anything like it. The only ones we seem to get right are the ones where we don't spend obscene amounts of money.

A sh*t recruitment policy starts with a sh*t management and managers being constantly worried about their jobs. Surely our scouts are not that stupid to consistently get it wrong. I suspect its a case of the club hierarchy watching a few youtube compilations to decide who to buy and the scouts fearful of expressing diverging opinions.

I have lost track of how many managers we have gone through and every single one had his own style to implement. You simply can't expect a team to succeed when it consists of a bunch of players recruited under different managers to fit different styles of play. And it will keep getting worse until the manager is given atleast 2 seasons to implement his own ideas and sign players to fit a specific purpose.

We've literally just spent the last 18 years completely disproving that.

Werner isn’t good enough for any level.

And a marquee midfielder doesn’t fix this. Any individual, no mater how good and expensive they are. This squad is lousy and whoever the best player in the world is right now would just be dragged down to the level of the rest.

I'm talking about the consistency in the league and please don't count the 2 titles we won under Jose because the actual circus began after he was sacked. That team was special and built for a purpose. There's been nothing like that for us ever since. We've been good in patches, Carlo's and Jose's(third title) being the exceptions. Pep and klopp have turned their teams into eternal challengers after they settled in but we keep struggling with the same basic issues season after season.

There is no logical explanation for us lumping hundreds of millions on useless attackers.

If you genuinely believe we sign players for 10s of millions of pounds on the back of yourube videos then you're an idiot

Our recruitment has been absolutely woeful.

Of that young promising Monaco side, Mbappe, Bernardo Silva, Fabinho was all snapped up by teams, who the f*ck thought Bakayoko was worth raiding that team for as well.

There's so many examples above.

The problem for me is that we don't buy players with a strategic plan in mind, we buy because of opportunities presented to us in the market (normally from the players agents), if they are free/dirt cheap or because the selling club can't afford to keep their players.

We should be going after players that fit into a strategic plan going forward.

Ask Thomas who he wants and then back him in the market!

There's no way way Thomas said get me Saul (who Atletico was desperate to get rid of), it was probably the board said to him it's him on loan or nobody.

I just hope the new owners have a more hands on approach to transfer strategies because if we plan to keep the same people from the old regime then there's a chance not much will change.

Its not a genuine belief but our spectacular failures in the transfer market defy all logical explanation. A combined 400+ million spent on Jorginho, Kepa, Werner, Lukaku, Havertz and Pulisic and you'd think atleast one of them would be world class.

So spot on. This squad is just too lousy. And that is why I'm so happy that Rudiger is going. Let him go. But I feel we will have a way of fixing that defence when he goes.

Then when Chillwell comes back, I how he hits the ground running very quickly. But in Midfield, we really need one top defensive midfielder to play alongside Kovacic or Kante, while Jorginho and Loftus Cheek remains in the squad.

The issue with us playing 4 at the back is that alonso can't play left back and we don't have a pure defensive midfielder that can protect the back 4. Jorginho is not athletic enough and kante is too mobile to just sit in front of the defense.

Had some things to do and turned the TV off around the 75th minute thinking Wolves are gash and nothing can happen anymore. Then I see it has enden in a draw...

Coady's goal though........ That must be Mendy's ball FFS!!!!!!!!! What the f**k was he thinking?!

Frustrating...

Mendy shat himself. He never looked confident coming off his line, and was scrambling across desperately. That goal summed up our last 20 minutes, just complete panic.
