Keep waiting for arsenal to implode and it’s not happening. Getting worried. Their fans, the ones who wanted arteta sacked, Nketiah sold etc, will be painful if they win the league

Feels like we contributed a lot to this. Fine margins, but if we had just turned up against them when he was on the brink, Arteta would likely have been sacked. Giving them an easy cup final when we stopped playing after Pulisic got injured gave them a massive boost too.

Half a season to go yet...anything can still happen...a couple of injuries and they will suffer...hopefully

I thought the wheels would fall off when Jesus got injured. But no, up steps Nketiah plays great and scores goal. Zinchenko has been a truly fantastic signing. His energy every game is superb. Plays left-back, DM and attacking midfielder all in one player.

We can't even help ourselves, !

If we are in some way responsible maybe I'll go to their open top bus parade !

Yes, very very easily. Can't stand anything about Arsenal

I suppose I haven't been a supporter long enough or a London local to have developed a such deep hatred for Arsenal in comparison to Citeh or United.

In my 13th season as a Chelsea supporter, Gunners haven't caused me nearly as much pain as those other 2.  I don't personally know any Arse supporters, so not a problem for me.

Dodgy red card was pretty significant too...

Arsenal looking certain for the league and tbf I’m happy for them Arteta is a top coach and fully deserves it

I'd agree that they are in pole position right now after their almost perfect record first half of the season. Normally at the end of January you would be quite confident with a potential 8 point lead. But because of the World Cup we are still only half way through the season. There is still a lot of football to be played. At the moment I think they will take some stopping, especially being that they don't have Champions League football to distract. But if Man City go on a run they could eat away at that lead. Certainly after this week's results it is between those 2 teams.

If they win the league you’ll soon learn to hate them. Fans are as arrogant as they come, so far up their own hole.

luck is integral part of champions. it goes hand in hand with never give up and all for one one for all

This is going to be one of those seasons that saw Leicester win the League.  The stars seem to be aligned for them what with us plagued with injuries and an upheaval of ownership, Liverpool with injuries and seemingly burnt out, City and Utd struggling to find any consistency and Spurs, well doing a Spursy.  You can say this has also contributed to Newcastle's and Brighton's success this season also.  Still half a season to go and Arsenal have yet to suffer any major setbacks as far as injuries.  We will see how the 2nd half pans out but I would expect the top 4-6 positions not looking like they do now..and I still think City will beat Arsenal to the title and I don't see either Brighton and Newcastle ending up in the top 4.

Yes, lots of football still to be played, but things could not be going better for Arsenal. They are well coached, superbly organised, incredibly consistent, almost injury-free, while their rivals for the title /top 4 are struggling for consistency and having to cope with injury after injury. The only thing that could cause them to fall away would be the sort of injury crisis that has hit us and Liverpool, as their squad doesn't have the depth to deal with that.

They fully deserve to be where they are. Let's hope it doesn't last.

Looks like Conte will be available on the market soon 😅 This is guy who will get results if one could meet his demands and handle his antics

I have no love for either Arsenal or United, but they both play a couple of yards faster than us, which makes creating and scoring all that much easier

Aren't they in Europa league? That's even worse than the UCL when it comes to annoying fixtures.

They are but I can see them treating that with less importance now that they have a lead in the league to protect. City on the other hand are desperate to win Champs League.

Yah.

And Arsenal very good to watch now, especially when they beat United  😁

Sounds like Lampard might be sacked today.

 No love for Everton, lots of love for Lampard obviously....

I expected the 'moment suprême' weeks ago.

Are we all coming to terms with the fact Arsenal are going to win the league?

I don't see why so many people are upset about it. I'm sick of City winning it all the time.

Yes same. Especially with City’s dodgy sponsors

Frank sacked as Everton manager. Suprised he lasted this long. Back to the Championship I think, if he wants to continue a managerial career.

Shame - Can't see another Premier League  side taking a gamble on him now. Think you are right he needs to drop down if he is to get another job. Wouldn't be surprised if he packs it in though and returns to punditry.
