Fabrizio was predicting the daily and monthly zodic signs before discovering football. Today it looks like it's going to be difficult but hold on to your guns!

Why didn’t you or any others that are jumping on him report it then?

Yeah sorry about that, I was going to when I got back on the net at lunch time, glad you got rid of it though. Absolutely needless.

If Caicedo comes he will replace Gallagher in the starting 11. Santos would then need to go  on loan or Gallagher be sold. You don’t want more than 3 competing for those two spots. Three is ok. That would be like Jorginho, kova and Kante. Gallagher is playing well enough that I am getting less worried about the need.

The thing is.. Gallagher is filling a hole. Caicedo would be owning that position and making us better as a result. We go up a level if he joins.

We REALLY need to get this done.

£25 million for Sanchez. That should sweeten the pot for The Lizard.

Better bloody do. No way should we sanction the Sanchez deal until this is also agreed

Where do you get that info from?

Unsubstantiated, twitter rumours, there is another party though apparently, FourFourTwo and others now claiming it’s Liverpool.

Sanchez doesn't seem to be a bad keeper at all.  Keepers should be tall imho. I think we slightly overpaid for Sanchez, but I think we all know why we might have done that.  Keeping The Lizard happy.  He self-identifies as The Lizard btw.

David Icke was a goalkeeper. He knows about Lizards too.

De Zerbi demoted Sanchez because he wanted to play out from the back. Ball at feet isn't a Sanchez strength. I saw him serve up a few howlers. 25m is a silly price but, as has been supposed, it's probably a tactical figure. I don't know why but there you go.

You need more than 3 players for 2 spots. And Santos is a 19 year old kid from the Brazilian league not Kova, Jorginho or Kante... Caicedo, Enzo, Gallagher and Santos would be pretty good for 2 spots in a season without Europe, but not even top notch imo.

He’s lucky i was on my lunch break and Mod spotted it before me

So…. £25m for the keeper they want out the door. Statement saying they expect Caicedo to stay just released…… next week sold to us as undisclosed right? RIGHT?

Sounds to me like we haven't come back since they rejected the 80 million (that we wouldn't go above). Yesterday, another club make a mysterious bid. Today, Brighton reaffirm that their valuation isn't met and they expect the player to stay because no one has met it. They are trying to call our bluff but also tease another bid. I feel like we will sign him by the time we play Liverpool.

Or liverpool will sign him before they play us

As the lads above have said Brighton have briefed the media again that their price is 100mill, and that they expect him to stay as no one is willing to meet it.

Some have called this done by Liverpool, for me we either cave and do an Enzo like deal on deadline day or he stays at Brighton.

Twatter nonsense that people keep falling for.

De Zerbi likes to invite the opposition to press before passing away from them. Steele holds his nerve better than Sanchez and therefore got the number 1 jersey. We don't play that way. Sanchez is still okay with the ball at his feet to a point, similar to most keepers.

On Steele, I think clubs are working out de Zerbi's tactics a bit more now and I think more traps will be set to double press them into more defensive blunders this season.
