August 26, 20241 yr It's still not too late to send him on loan is it? I still think a loan to Dortmund would be a good move for everyone involved.

August 26, 20241 yr Just accept this was a very expensive mistake. He's simply not good enough and with the players we have now he shouldn't be getting anywhere near the team.

August 27, 20241 yr @Mod can we move the Mudryk thread to the ex-players section? It might make something happen. Bit of wishful thinking never hurt anyone did it?

But the only criteria to be an upgrade on Mudryk is to have a pulse. We really should find a way to move him out. A sale/loan to a side in Holland or Belgium might give him an opportunity to recover his career as a footballer. You never know, but he could do a Salah (yeah, a big stretch I know) if he gets a year or two at a lower level and under the radar.

At £10+ £2.5 it’s more than worth the risk in my opinion that is.

August 29, 20241 yr Poor again so far, he's never in the game. Edited August 29, 20241 yr by Dr Gonzo
August 29, 20241 yr No way he's a better option than Sterling and Maresca's type of winger which Raheem is not per Maresca. This is why we wont get much success under these mug owners.
August 29, 20241 yr Apparently Egbahli and the Sporting Directors were at the game tonight. Hopefully they will be working to get Mudryk sent out on loan after that.
August 29, 20241 yr He's genuinely one of the worst players I've ever seen play for us at that price. The guys appalling. That cameo at Liverpool had me buzzing but he's got nothing bar pace that a Sunday league player has.
August 29, 20241 yr He has to go. Hes not going to get a look in with neto and felix available to play there. Id been of the opinion he might come good eventually but enough is enough, hes ran out of lives imo.
August 29, 20241 yr Him and Dewsbury-Hall down the left hand side was like watching the Chuckle Brothers .

Apart from the money side of it ( until we get Sterling off our book), Sterling is a better option than Mudryk for now, and the foreseeable future. I just don't think we could call Mudryk a player with great potential, at his age his game should be a lot more accomplished. He's a good athlete, that's about it, I'm afraid. A loan with an exit strategy is the best way for all parties, although there will be some read faces if we get rid off Mudryk and tell Sterling he still has a future at the club.

If remove strasbrough, who will take Mudryk? You want a team who will play Mudyrk all the time. It is hard to see any PL team doing this, a lower Italian or German team will probably take him but Chelsea has to subsidize 90% of his salary.
