He shows so many glimpses that he has the ability to be a top footballer, if only he had the football IQ to put it all together. He's a frustrating player to watch but I really want him to succeed here.

I think we can all agree that he looked really fast against Barrow and did really well to play that ball that almost found his man.....we really have to give him more time….

Chalobah was good but its probably a bit of a stretch to say he was our best CB.

To the rest of the message though, he was probably up against it because all pre-season and the first few appearances this season he looked way out his depth with the pace and turning circle of an oil tanker. He seems to have settled a bit in his last two appearances and looks like the better partner for Colwill now.

We could dress him up as Stamford the Lion and enter him in the mascots race.

Truth is all he does well is run fast. In urgent need of a loan to resurrect a career that is nose diving rapidly.

 

He seems to have bulked up a bit. Looks a hell of an athlete and put in some decent balls last night. I remember Conor saying he has by far and away the best shot at the club, in training.

Just always seems to be around the periphery of a game. 

Mudryk would have to put in a string of 5-10 good performances in a row to convince me he's got something for this team.

The problem is if he's not on it, he's going to have the worst game of his life, it's usually hot or cold with him and usually cold.

Well, he actually did find his man Neto for the fourth goal, (although he wasn't going very fast when he delivered it) so I guess his Ballon d'Or is still on after all.

Fundamental differences last night were (a) he had service; and (b) he used his speed on the outside instead of forever cutting inside. Albeit against lesser but brave opposition.

He never looks like he enjoys playing football does he? During a game he permanently looks like someone has just slapped him with a dead fish.

TBF I probably look the same watching him!

He will get games in conference league and Carbaro cup games, other than that can't see him getting starts unless there's a huge injury crisis.  I'm pretty sure people are planning a way out for him, can't see many top teams want to take a chance on him ( even it's a loan), and sitting on another team's bench isn't going to help anyone either.

I think he needs to face up to his true ability and move to a side in somewhere like Switzerland, Belgium, Portugal or a Balkan nation where he can play regularly and look half decent. Probably not one of their top sides, one just outside their usual league winners. Maybe he’ll catch the eye of one of these teams we’ll play in that funny European thing. Isn’t there someone called Noah’s Ark in it? Maybe we could fly home from there and ‘accidentally’ leave him behind.

 Because the only 10 minutes of EPL football, in which he looked halfway decent was against them.
