I will be amazed if we play Real with this guy. Never managed in his life. He might get a couple of results out of pure luck but surely when you come up against elite teams, they’ll wallop you. 

I can’t wait to see RLC at rwb and cucu playing in a back three with k2 again. 

Just don't repeat what Potter did on Saturday and we will be fine 😅 Conte's assistant has done a decent job while he was sick, maybe Bruno is better than we thought.

Imagine if he turns out to not be a bald fraud lol. He could be our Di Matteo. I know it's unlikely he sees out the next two weeks, but if we were to not just beat Liverpool, but look super impressive against them, converting a few goals and defending well, it would be interesting. Now, it's unlikely those things happen but who knows. Good luck to Bruno, hope he can get a couple positive results in the bag before he's moved on.

How do the players react when they are the only ones left to blame ? Potter the downtrodden one is gone, who will the fans boo tonight when Liverpool destroy us, when Madrid walk all over us ? You cant boo the bloke who has spent billions buying the club, hundreds of millions buying players in just 10 months, who will the forum blame  now when results don't change ?

Well get a pretty idea about the cut of his jib when the team news is released. Although his stellar playing and coaching career to date do not fill me with any confidence. Roy Hodgson is 75 and Unlce Guus H is only 76, surely a call to The Netherlands by Bully & Co was in order ? 😂

Hiddink was fired from China U21's.

I actually loved prime Hiddink and felt he was the most underrated manager i've ever seen but he's beyond done now.

The thing I liked about Hiddink was that he would join a club, assess the squad he had, and then decide to play whatever system best suited them. This is a much better approach for me than all the rigid "system" coaches, who have their way of playing, and require a whole load of players to be brought in to "suit the system".

It was tactically he caught my eye, i felt he was so unbelievably clever when it came setting up ways to exploit opponents weaknesses, he was arguably the only manager to almost totally nullify Pep's Barca. Knocking out what looked to be an all conquering Holland side as Russia manager was genius aswell, likewise succeeding where even Mou failed in rolling over Benitez on a UCL night.

I am convinced we'd have beaten United in Rome and if he stayed the following year would have been even more comprehensive points wise (maybe not as entertaining).

Apart from the odd individual that the fanbase decided to be after (Jokanovic for example) baring the "rats" in Jose stage 2 have we ever really gone after our players for phoning it in?

United got 4 points against us and Arsenal with Carrick who has since turned out to be an excellent looking manager.

They have a cushy number, high salary with little comeback.

I get that Bruno is untried and might be Potter-lite, god help us, but is it really necessary for the press to be baiting the guy constantly.

Credit to him in that we dominated the game and chances, however big knock on him for leaving Fleix on so long and Havertz for the whole game.

He also said "The boys gave everything", so we know he's basically just Potter without the hair.
