That being said I do think Pochettino should be left alone in terms of fan pressure if the advanced metrics are pointing to sustainable progression, but sadly I don't think he will. I do think we have a good bunch of talented players here, but many are still raw and inexperienced. A good partner for Fernandez is the big task right now. But even with that we still have plenty to go, especially when you look at our competition next season. The big thing right now is seeing the progress on the pitch, and I'm very sure the results will come in time once the new players gel and we strengthen positions that need strengthening.

I think 2 seasons in a row with the highest injury count in Europe's top leagues says there may be some issue... Although part of that is addressed just be getting rid of Kante, Kova, and Pulisic.
July 3, 20233 yr Pochettino's first official day. Hopefully it's the beginning of an exciting new era for the club.

There's no excuse to be having a season like we just had, we need to see improvements on the pitch, visible improvements even if the results aren't perfect. I'm definitely not expecting a top 4 finish this season. Agreed, somewhere between 6-8 I think is a realistic expectation. A lot depends on Chilwell and James staying out of the treawnt room and being actually on the pitch.
July 3, 20233 yr As said first day. Thrilled with his arrival - we need someone with a backbone / discipline! Welcome! Let’s get these young players improving and get some results

July 3, 20233 yr First interview done. Really positive vibes from Pochettino, think he will have a good grip of the squad and anyone who doesn't buy into his vision will be gone. Let's go
July 3, 20233 yr Love this. Quote "We need leaders, we don't need followers, we need leaders in every single area, we are going to push that for every single person to bring the best for this football club." - Pochettino

July 3, 20233 yr The difference in tone compared to our managers this season (Potter/Lampard)is night and freakin day man wow!! We have someone who wants to WIN not just “the boys give everything “ or “ Do the basics “
July 3, 20233 yr 🤭 "We are happy to have players with the talent, but we want players who want to be here..."!

Those that lead by example and those who's presence liberate fear in others. The latter is surely those that are defined as "leader of men" ala Terry where their presence and vocal nature inspires others around them. There are then leading by example, which I feel at least 80% of our squad have the potential to do so.
July 3, 20233 yr Great first interview. Even his body language when he got out of the minivan was light years ahead of anything we ever saw from Potter.
July 3, 20233 yr The league probably got speared Tottenham winning the league because of Levy’s tight pockets because had be backed Pochettino they would of definitely won a big one. So levy’s being cheap in market saves us a decade of DVDs
