He did an interview recently, I'll look for the link on YouTube, said he was under more pressure to perform last season than he is this season. 

He also said that this season he's just playing and having fun more and isn't worried about G/A but they will come as he plays. Something along those lines.

Basically the takeaway I got was he's just more relaxed and just playing footy this year without pressure or stress.

I can't stand the spuds but I can't imagine that they didn't "admire" that goal too.

If this kid continues on this path then the sky is the limit for him. The Ballon D'Or is what he dreams of getting and as long as he continues like this, I know it's still too early yet, I can't see him not getting it in the future.

We've always had Tier 1 footballers at the club, but never a true superstar. Hazard was the total package, but maybe because of his laid-back attitude towards the game he was never considered a superstar, although he had all the ability to back that up.

But with Palmer, I believe we finally unlocked that. He's got everything. The skill, the weight of pass, the football IQ, the aura on the pitch, goalscoring abilty. Everything looks effortless for him. The kind of player that has the average German/Spanish/Italian fans watch a certain club's every match just to see that player in action and has all the little kids going crazy for him. 

Worldwide, Palmer is currently becoming a sensation and is getting the same level of superstar recognition as Lamine Yamal.
