What a relief on Poch's face. He got away with an abysmal performance yet again. We can not and must not rely on good luck and other side failures.  Have been supportive of Poch so far, but his body language tells me he is an impostor and he knows that himself.

Enzo for Gallagher might have been an ok sub and actually at the very end bringing on gilchrist was the right thing, but this hoofing the ball away is stupid. We are good with the ball and bad without it.

Silva had a great game,  he was even in the reckoning for MoTM.

There were only 4 players for us that had a good game, Madueke, Palmer, Silva and Petrovic. Everybody else either had good moments, or they were never in it from the start. Disasi, Colwill, Gallagher, Caicedo and Broja were terrible. I would add Jackson to that list if it wasn't for the assist and defending near the end.

Decent game from

Palmer clearly our best player

Madueke

Silva great but getting a bit old now

Petrovic played well I thought.

Jackson great ball for Palmer

Gusto

Maybe this could be the new spine?

Petrovic was indeed  good throughout.

That's the issue, I don't know. The top coaches we all know are taken and seem happy at their clubs. That is why I hope they have been having a good look around the world and can find somebody that will take this team and transform them, because I don't think Pochettino will be the answer long term. I've not seen Pochettino add anything positive to this team.

Tend to agree, but they've already had three goes at it.

Yes, quite disturbing that our problems with crosses and set pieces has not been addressed.

His subs are abysmal, every one today other than Alfie was moronic and dud nothing to cover the doubling up on our full backs.

Petrovic - 7/10 - Made some good saves. Maybe could be more dominant coming out for the crosses, but not helped at all by the defence
Colwill - 5/10 - Not a LB. Sloppy on the ball.
Silva - 7/10 - Some important clearances
Disasi - 4/10 - No awareness.
Gusto - 6/10 - Not awful. Not great.
Caicedo - 6/10 - Some good tackles, but also pretty bad at times.
Gallagher - 6/10 - Meh.
Jackson - 7/10 - Much better as a creator than a finisher it seems. Upgraded from Donkey to Shetland Pony.
Palmer - 8/10 - MOTM. Actually felt he was a bit quiet, goals aside. But still our best player.
Madueke - 6/10 - Nice goal, but otherwise pretty anonymous.
Broja - 4/10 - Poor.

Subs:
Enzo - 3/10 - Basically did nothing. Don't know why Pochettino insist on him in the 10 role. He's useless there.
Nkuku - 3/10 - Was he on?
Gilchrist - 6/10 - Good tackle at the end.
Can't remember any others. So they were probably bad.

Not sure what to make of that. The boys ran out of steam at the end, particularly Gallagher vThree games in a week told. Thought Jackson had a great all round game. Caicedo also good.

Yes, Jackson had a good game in this different role. Had few bloopers but overall solid when the pressure on him is not to score.

I thought Jackson was awful..one good pass, other than that he was a liability

Crosses in our box will put me in the grave lol

And again.

Pochettino is so out of his depth by not trying to fix this. Absolutely our biggest issue at the moment, f**k creating chances when you can’t do basic defending.

I’m really wondering if he is even able to fix it, I am almost certain that he’s not because it has been happening every game.

We almost threw away a 3:0 lead against Luton for f**k’s sake, that’s shameful.

I thought Gusto struggled defensively, but I don't think that is on him as much as it is the manager. He has our fallbacks playing so narrow. I know that our CB's aren't the quickest, but constantly leaving the back post free is a terrible solution. Every single team playing crosses to the back post, you don't need to be a good coach to spot that weakness. If Pochettino doesn't trust the CB's, then playing one of the CM's deeper would be a better answer than having our two fallbacks give the entire width to the opposition.

We've had many of these type of games in reverse.

What comes around goes around.

This could have easily been the game though imagine the public reaction if luton didn't hit the bar twice....

We are a shambles we got off lucky today

First, you all look at injury  list and top asking why that person is not in the squad

Second, stop moaning why this person is on the pitch, then when he is substitution and the sh***t happened to blame Potch

Perhaps 3 months ago but somebody remind me of the last time recently we played a good 90 minutes.

As many others have mentioned is clear as day we are going nowhere with Poch.

If, buts and maybes work both ways.

If we took our chances against Forest, West Ham, Bournemouth, Villa, Noni didn't hit the bar vs Brentford etc.

Think you are being harsh on those players.

Disasi was okay for the most part, few mind lapses but nothing you don't already expect from him. Colwill was okay too until he started getting doubled up on, Jackson did what he could but a clear flaw in the system rather than Colwill's fault. Gallagher had a poor last 20 mins or so but fine otherwise. Caicedo made some key tackles and interceptions so can't really complain too much. I probably agree on Broja though.
