I completely agree, but we were doing that anyway. With Fernández coming on I was hoping we'd go for a standard midfield three and just knock it around comfortably for six minutes. For all the recent complaints about playing out from the back, this is where it could really come in helpful. If your keeper plays it long every time, more often than not you'll give the ball away, and then they have another opportunity to come at you.

Palmer and Silva are the reason why we won that. Pochettino was the biggest reason why it was so tough.
