The quality of our build up play for that goal was excellent. Who said we don't create chances?

We do create chances...we just don't take them when we should and end up making it hard for ourselves.

The problem is a second a goal is scored by either team, our attack is basically done for the day. Terrible coaching and terrible mentality

Why the f**k does this always happen? We started so good.. why sit back in the first half? f**king hell

Pochball pretty much. If this was Conte, Mourinho or Tuchel I wouldn't mind since those managers built their teams on strong defenses. However, we have  weak defence so whats the point of sitting back after a goal?

Sterling is horrible

Needs to sit down for the 2nd half...has offered very little this season, deserves to go in the Summer.....should have buried that.

Sorry Nibs, many more involved in that f**k up to pick him out…..only in my humble opinion

There were, Enzo and Gust both poor but it was ultimately Chalobah who could have cleared it but gave it to Newcastle on a plate. He is always a mistake waiting to happen, although he's not alone there!

Sterling: "should I attempt the volley... nah, I'll just take it down, control it, take my time and give the keeper a chance to get in position then kick it straight at him!"

when we signed Enzo I had expected him to be a midfield general who would drive us forward and keep us playing - we need someone to be that player, without it we just drop off and get lazy

Surrendered control again, like they always do. Opposition teams literally don't have to do anything against this group. They can be having the worst game of their careers and all they will need to do is wait for us to f**k it all up and take advantage of it.

Impossible to back a team that doesn't even back themselves.

I don't see any progress in this team in the overall quality of play, game management, tactics. Looks like an obscure and lacklustre team.  Maybe Poch magically transforms it to be world beaters next season....Who knows

Since their goal we have reponded well. Speaks of a loser's mentality though. Would really love to be a fly on the wall in the changing room to see what exactly Pochettino does for his money.

I firmly believe it’s the manager and system limiting majority of the players.

"Blame players and stop repeating same crap aevery game."

Why blame players, we obviously switch to a sit and counter team with a lead, we do it every game. Sit and counter in a 4-2-3-1 were outside backs need to get up and down the kills shape, bound to be caught in transition. Need either build up to get full backs forward, or 4 quality fullbacks to sub position.

We play forward.. score... stop playing forward.. they score... We then start playing forward again.. every f**king game its the same, surely this is coming from the coaching.

For me poch is done after the weak management in xtra time in the cup final.

Hope Poch has the balls to take Sterling off at HT rather than leave it 20+ minutes and wait for us to go behind. Would like to see Chucky get a run out and try and cause them some problems - something Sterling hasn't looked likely of doing.
