Poch's after game interviews never cease to baffle me.  I know English is not his first language obviously but allowing for that I can't make head nor taill of what he is saying.

Exactly the same for me. Not a Scooby doo what he is saying. I think I mught have understood Phil Scolari more than I do Poch.

Wigan final day of the 2010 season too. What made this sh*t weird was Jackson’s involvement.

Remember that game well, that was Drogba and Lamps at 2-0 when Drogba was neck-and-neck with Rooney for top scorer in the league that year. In the end, Lamps took it and scored and Drogba got another two goals and beat Rooney to it. Good times!

This will end up in the EOY highlights, just fun to watch us put a team away for once. Palmer is having a Mo Salah type of season, think we have a chance in the cup semi when we have a player who's consistently scoring. I thought once Pickford did a Sanchez and let the goal in, their heads were done and there's no coming back, but credit to our defence ( with Silva in it again) to finally get a cleansheet. The kids arguing about PK were just a nuisance, they really need to grow up, and guess who's in there to sort it out? Gallagher

Enjoyed that but the defence will concede against better teams. Pickford what a bludner  but it took class to exploit it and with his right foot.

Most "captainy" thing I've seen from Conor. He handled that extremely well I thought.

Makes you wonder why Poch didn’t set the team like this against bottom half opposition. Where was this against Burnley, Brentford, or Sheffield? We’d already be at a Europa league spot even without playing our games in hand.

Needs to stop being so afraid and reactive.

Bit unfair considering we'd heard it all before from Leboeuf:

"I won ze World Cup"

I  never forget the Matic red at the bridge while Barnes and his thugs were kicking the sh*te out of our players without anything being done. Never liked him since that time.

Dyche in the post match interview: " iTs a coNtAcT sPoRt"

w**ker.

Fantastic performance. Best performance of the season with so many injuries. Did not see it. Was expecting a right old slug-fest and problems breaking them down, but wow and a clean sheet. Funny we make a headline for a wrong reason even in a 6-0 victory and I am sure the media will use this to create a bigger problem than there actually is. But in the end of the day, the players ell embraced following Palmer scoring despite the squabbling. We saw the game thing happen with Palmer and Sterling against Arsenal and Palmer scored and all was sorted. Very childish but not a big issue that needs to be made off.

Palmer seriously should get YPOTY. I will be fuming if he does not. His assist tally should be more when you consider the amount of clear cut chances he has made that has been spurned. Ones that spring to mind is his assists for Sterling against Burnley and Wolves which was squandered and also for Broja against Sheffield United which was somehow missed. Sure there are many more as well but stats should be higher if it was not for the profligacy of our other players.

Thought Caicedo and Gallagher were brilliant in the centre of the park. Caicedo won I think every tackle. My one criticism from Poch for this is his naivety. Caicedo is on 9 yellow cards. At 5-0 up, I thought he should have subbed him as if he picked up a yellow, that was him suspended for our next 2 PL games and the position he plays is probably the most vulnerable to picking up a yellow, but thankfully he won all his tackles and remain composed, but just thought whilst game was done, take him off to avoid any risk of suspensions. We have now reached the 32 games in the PL now which means even if Jackson and Caicedo pick up any more yellows, they will not face a ban but wow, I was worrying when Caicedo was not subbed as I was just praying we had him and Jackson available for Arsenal and Villa games later this month which are really big fixtures.

I know people say Silva limits out ability to play high line etc, however the pros defo outweigh the cons. We just look much more organised and composed when he plays. Real leader.

Brilliant confidence boost for Saturday. Hopefully Enzo and Sterling are back to provide better squad ammunition.

Good post. Agree on all points.

Nah, I like Dyche. Proper football bloke. But his boys took one hell of a beating tonight!

Heaviest defeat in his managerial career. Everton were poor tonight but are usually defensively solid. That’s what makes this result more impressive.

Moving countries, my days at the bridge are too few. But I’m thrilled for all those that have stuck by thru all the crap back to the sanctions. The united comeback and tonight were long overdue, and I hope all the home fans remember what a good feeling it is. Credit to their support.

Nice win Chelsea!! Loved Palmer and Caicedos performances. KTBFFH!

Well did not expect that, superb in attack, if Palmer doesn't get young player of the year then it's a disgrace.

Loose translation from dkw to English 'Poch wasn't entirely sh*t'

Not entirely correct ....

What a night! Great game where everything went our way and finally we score our chances. There were some negatives, which should have been corrected by now, but I'm not going to go too heavy on Pochettino because we deserve to enjoy ourselves and be happy this week after last night's result and attacking performance.
