Great way to sign off 23-24. Who’d of thought after the Gooners leathered us a few weeks ago Top 6 was doable !

Nervy end with more of the same dreadful defending but unlike the first 3/4 of the season team held on, a fitting result for a heartfelt farewell to Thiago Silva, loyal servant and Club Captain and a Champions League Winner !! Will the manager follow him out the door soon afterwards ? We shall know soon if the press is to be believed. 

A couple months off, then I’ve got tickets to see the preseason Wrexham match in San Jose . Have a great off season everybody and enjoy The Euros.

A good day yesterday. Maybe not the greatest game but a superb goal by Caicedo and a great send-off for Silva.

The usual pre-match ritual i.e. meeting up in the pub for a few beers, something to eat and a good natter. A trip to the pub afterwards for a short natter. Match day is usually the only time we meet up as a group given that we live in different parts of London, Surrey, Kent and Essex so it's always good to catch up. We will meet up again before the start of the season and that will probably be a visit to the micro-breweries and pubs in the Bermondsey area. 

Even Dermot Gallagher has no idea why it wasn't a penalty.

That's outrageous really, went into the defenders space? Utter nonsense.
