how can robbie justify starting torres, its gone on to long. drop him. it's the biggest game of the season on tuesday.

Nothing special will happen. I expect he'll play some part in the game and be disappointing, yet not so horrifically awful as to change the opinion of those who still think he should be starting games for us.

I can't imagine us starting any centre forward who would have much effect on three centre backs, especially considering one of them is Chiellini. It might be worth trying out some sort of 4-2-4-0. There's no way we're gonna unseat them with end product, so we may as well attempt it with clever movement and good communication. A crucial away fixture at Juventus doesn't seem like the ideal time to experiment though...

Hopefully, Robbie said "he has a future at the club", and meant himself. Quite rightly so too.

As for Torres he needs to go as soon as we can line up a replacement in January. It will be best for us and best for him.

Really? Barely played under avb and under ancelotti we were sinking long before torres came in. Don't buy into it being his fault Rdm has got the boot either. The defence has had a big say in that!
