I just don't think Hazard will fit into the system - he doesn't work hard enough off the ball.

Such a shame, because he's one of the best players we've ever had, and one of the best to every have played football in England.

As much as I love the guy, I just don't think it would be a good idea to bring him back. He's not the Hazard that left us, we must remember that. He's older, more injury prone and it's taken a toll on his footballing ability. Even if he was playing a bit better, scoring and assisting, I wouldn't have him back. We need to look beyond Hazard now, he had his time with us and it was brilliant, but we became too reliant on him. We need to create a new identity, it's time for other players to shine instead of hiding behind the brilliance of Hazard.

We already have 1 lump that doesn't work his arse off and has people defend him to the hilt. 

We don't need a legend sullying his name for us. What we had together was great but those should remain memories

Just seems an odd story. Discussing a loan, with just under half a season to play there, where he could get injured or return to his sparkling best. Either way then the loan would be mute.

The problem is that he hasn’t even been at 50% in Real Madrid. Usually the top players that make the move to La Liga don’t struggle this much, it’s a big question if he is capable of playing again in the PL.

The problem is that Hazard isn't even at 50%, the guy is nothing like the player that left us. Even the Hazard that was poor for us in 2015-16 was better than the Hazard Real Madrid have had since they signed him. He can't score, he can't assist, he looks exhausted every time he takes to the field. The injuries have ruined him.

Agree! He actually doesn’t solve a problem, he just creates a new one. We already have 3 players in Pulisic, Werner & CHO who are LW, even if we sold Werner it will still be 3 players competing for 1 position. What we need is competition for Ziyech on the RW, not unbalance the team again.

I dont want us to go back for him.

I don't see the issue in getting him in on a 1 year loan for example, and just paying his wages without any major transfer fee.

He can't just lose that ability IMO, he just isn't at the right club or in the right team. This happens to many players, and when they go where they belong they begin to flourish. He loves us, we love him, I have faith it can work even if it's an outside shot at getting him in any kind of form, and even if it's just temporarily.

Always seems to be contradicting reports. If this is true we have no interest which means most likely aiming for younger targets. I think it's still too early to say what happens with him this summer.

He's washed now. The Hazard that we all knew is gone. Bringing back Hazard will damage us.

So, Real Madrid lost 4-0 in El Classico and even there was no room for Hazard to play.

Hasn’t played a min in any of the El Classico matches since he has been there. When you consider he has played under Zidane & Ancelotti, two managers who were big fans it shows how far he has fallen. Think he has 5 goals & 6 assists in La Liga in 3 seasons, and we think our wingers are bad. 
Would love to see him back in the PL but his level is probably a Brighton/ Southampton. Question is he willing to accept the step down & play a role like a Coutinho at Villa.
