September 30, 201411 yr Why would he regret not apologising to RF? It was his brother who was involved in the mess.
September 30, 201411 yr Rio was the driving force behind the whole thing. I truely believe if Rio hadnt got involved then the whole thing would have been a lot smaller. But Rio being the complete twat that he is had to stick his nose in and make it about him.
September 30, 201411 yr 100th CL game for JT tonight. Fair play - an impressive feat and, of course, a CL winner too. I do like JT as, achievements aside, he's taken some sh*t since the Ferdinands case. He is playing rather than talking and is doing well at a top professional level while RF is playing for some clapped out outfit...
September 30, 201411 yr Oh Spud, you know it, you're one of us. You must be - you like JT. Come on over and join us.
September 30, 201411 yr From Gary Cahill's Twitter account: "A great win, clean sheet, now off home. Congratulations to johnterry.26 on 100 champions league games."
September 30, 201411 yr Author Spud is starting to sound more and more like a closet Chelsea fan that I bet his foreskin has grown back.
October 1, 201411 yr Author Tasteful humour ^ Zouma looks like a zombie. You know us football folk, renowned for our tasteful, high brow humour.
October 2, 201411 yr So there is a story on the Telegraph entitled "Finally, Terry defends infamous celebration". What absolute sh*t, as if he needed to defend celebrating winning the Champions league... Really starting to go off the Telegraph as a news source.

It just means it's the first time he's talked about why he did it in public. There is no criticism of the celebration, merely comments on how it was lampooned afterwards.

October 2, 201411 yr Probably not a question some might not want to hear but how long do you think he will stay as our main centre back for? I think he's absolutely fantastic and he will take some replacing, we have always struggled when he was out always a big relief having him in the side. I'm just curious, I had a feeling that with the pace of the and his age we would have seen Terry at a bigger disadvantage but I'm failing to see any faults in his play, he has been remarkable. I could see him being our main defender next season as well, although it would also be wise to give Zouma a lot of chances this season, it will benefit us long term.
October 3, 201411 yr Author I think he has at least one more season after this one as a regular first choice centre back. After that I reckon he might play one or two more seasons with us on reduced playing time.

As long as he is playing well enough. We may be lucky and he ends up as one of those CB's that can play at the highest level into their late 30's.
October 3, 201411 yr Probably a few years yet. Even when his legs go, he was never blessed with a lot of pace anyway, so I'm sure he'll adapt his game.
October 17, 201411 yr In an ideal world, we squeeze a couple more seasons out of JT and then replace him with Varane, with Cahill taking on the captaincy.
October 18, 201411 yr http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2797522/john-terry-captain-chelsea-500th-time-against-crystal-palace.html I didn't realise this. If Terry plays against Palace today it will be his 500th match as Chelsea captain. Huge achievement.
October 19, 201411 yr What he's done and does for the young players at the club will NEVER be appreciated outside of Chelsea unfortunately, if Stevie me had done the same over the years he'd be SIR Stevie mbe obe by now !!
October 19, 201411 yr Probably a few years yet. Even when his legs go, he was never blessed with a lot of pace anyway, so I'm sure he'll adapt his game.Let's hope he is one of those players who can just maintain that level well into their 30's.Baresi and Maldini spring to mind. Whatever happens he's a legend here. The best centre half of his generation, did it in the league, Champions league and for England. And that's not even taking into account his leadership qualities.
