If Real won it would mean that Ludogrets couldn't overtake Liverpool for the Europa League spot. However, in the event (unlikely) of Ludogrets winning and Basel drawing or winning, Liverpool could finish bottom. I think that's right.

a draw or a defeat probably unless Ludogorets can beat Real Madrid - apologies I see others have answered this already
