Diego "the guv'nor" Costa

Boooooooo....

What a massive tw*t trying his best to destroy our whole season since january. Because no one is going to tell me he gives a 100% anymore or care if we win the title or not. Its pathetic.

I think someone else said it in the matchday forum, but can anyone point to something he's done that's been constructive in the past 2 months? Only the flukey own goal vs Bournemouth, which came from him completely shanking a half volley. He is an actual liability as it stands- doesn't get in the six yard box, can't hold up the ball or link up with the wingers, gives the ball away constantly. Can Michy really be that bad?!

We don't even have to play Michy, just use Pedro as striker with Hazard and Willian. We scored 3 against Burnley and Bournemouth and our attacking play was good the two times we have tried it..

Cut our losses.

If a Chinese club is interested then then we should snap their hand off.

His heads been gone since January.

His play acting, the fighting with defenders, it was all tolerable when he was smashing goals in. However now he's not along with the fact he can't control the ball, run with the ball, pass the ball or generally look like a footballer it makes his childish antics all the more irritating.

People who think the likes of Morata are lesser than Costa in terms of footballing ability are delusional.

Just like others have said above, it's time to drop him.

Costa won't improve now, his head is gone. He's gone back to being that player of the first half of last season. The player that fights and gets into petty slapping fights with opposition defenders. He's a player that can't play a full season in top form, half a season is all he can handle.

I don't like to use this word because i think it's overused, but he IS a liability right now. Every time the ball ends up at his feet, he either losses it or plays an awkward pass that never looks tidy. Everything he is doing right now looks awkward and he just doesn't look like a footballer at all.

I'm sick of him falling to the floor so easily too. As soon as the ball ends up at his feet and an opposition defender touches him, Costa falls to the floor and expects a freekick. It's pathetic, it's not a freekick and all he is doing is losing the ball for us.

What do we do, hope he gets back to his best or risk losing the title ? I think the decision is easy personally. For the sake of the team and our title chances, Conte has to drop him. More points will be dropped if we keep playing him.

There was one really good chance we had for a counter while it was still 0-1. Hazard was wide open on his left and streets ahead of him waiting to receive the ball and either attack the box or lay in a sitter for Pedro and he somehow managed to take the ball instead and run into Fellaini (or whoever it was) who was actually behind him initially. Not sure I've seen a lower IQ striker in a long time. At this point, I'd have Torres back in the team for the remaining games in the season.

Apparently, the Chinese club are still willing to pay 90m for him and there may be even more offers from China in the summer. That's looking like an absolute steal right now and we need to bite the hands off the highest bidder once the offers come in.

Most frustrating player I've seen in a Chelsea shirt in quite a long while. At least we knew Torres had the mental strength of a toddler and so we didn't expect much from him despite his horrid form. Ba was limited as well and Eto'o was old. Costa has absolutely no excuse. He needs to f**k off. We can't afford this in the CL next season.

He has been dire recently his head has completely gone. Conte seems too scared to hook him off or replace him, I've said it before we actually look a much better team with no striker much more fluid front 3 of Willian Hazard Pedro.. Can't hurt to give this another go seeing as Conte clearly doesn't trust Batshuyai.

Sell him in the summer, i get bored of his constant spat with players. I understand he gets targeted but thats because they know he is easy to wind up and could get him sent off. Once he gets wound up his whole game just goes.

Doesn't even do the basics at the moment. I'd be happy if he just held the ball up and played a simple 5 yard pass.

I don't think conte will drop him now. Especially not at Wembley.

He doesn't look like scoring at the moment.

The trouble is, I don't batshuayi has been involved enough to be sharp at the business end of the season, even willian doesn't look sharp when he comes on.

The big Wembley pitch does appeal to me when thinking of playing Willian, Hazard and Pedro. I honestly don't think Costa will get anything against Spurs back line.

I would even go as far as saying I would like to see RLC involved over Costa but I don't think it's fair on him.

That is the worrying thing. Others that can come in and replace him don't look as sharp as they were earlier in the season, mainly because they haven't had many minutes on the pitch. Willian especially looks off when he has come off the bench of late.

Costa cost us on more than one occasion but the real problem was buying Batshuayi which turned out to be a mistake. We needed someone if not capable of competing for the starting spot then at least a decent backup that can lead the line and chip in with a goal here and there. Michy is clearly not up to the challenge. As a result, we're totally dependent on a moody diva, praying before every match that he'll decide to actually play football instead of turning the game into a pathetic circus. We needed someone that could potentially replace Costa when called upon and do a solid job. We don't have that option and as a result he knows we're stuck with him and plays every game anyway, even when he's embarrassing the club like today and many other times before.

That's what bugs me though, Batshuayi actually looked really good starting out. He came off the bench twice and made an a big impact both times. Those 2 moments got us 6 crucial points at the start of the season. He was also scoring goals in the cup competitions too. Then suddenly, Conte just stopped using him. The same has happened with Chalobah too and i think Chalobah has looked good in pretty much all of the games he has been asked to play in.

f**king get rid. He's been whining throughout the season and throwing tantrums and we didn't care because he was performing on the pitch but hes not even doing that anymore. If he no longer wants to play for us sell him asap.

I know some people will say he's scored crucial goals for us this season but his constant talking about leaving the club is not a good look for us. He's clearly looking to leave and I think we should just oblige.

Lack of minutes brother - Give them consistent game time and they will better. We have seen Willian can do, No reason why he cant repeat it once he gets into game shape.

I haven't really forgiven him when he came back overweight at the start of last season, then tried his hardest to rejoin Atletico last summer. Thats why I'm not suprised if a huge offer from China has made him loose focus since January. I'm hoping he is sold in the summer.
