Marc Guehi has had a good season, and made his international debut as well now ... should we buy him back to replace AC ?

Not advocating Trev as the starter, am advocating Dave, restoring the Dave and James right side to our team that works so well.

Now it is the business end experience counts for a lot. If this is Dave's last season with us we could ask for no better back 3 than him, Silva and Toni for the big games.

If we can sign quality to be in front of Trev and Levi great. If not don't buy for the sake of it. 

Marc has had a good season but coming back at a huge price puts massive pressure on him, whereas Levi and Trev enjoy far less as "frees".

Sick and tired of AC how many times does he start and either come off injured or get hauled off at half time

If he's in Barcelona next season already, then I believe we should give his minutes to Chalobah. In current form I don't see his real quality, all this transfer situation affected on him mentally and I don't really trust him on the ball. 

Really not a massive loss losing him to Barca, just a shame we couldn't get a fee for him. Should be easy enough to replace. Colwill already an improvement imo. 

Good riddance. He's never had any confidence. Prone to blunders and moments of pure incompetence. Complete passenger in this team. Enjoy La Liga Andreas. Need an overhaul of the backline. 

Buckles under any sort of pressure, TBF to him it’s not normally howlers like tonight.

He normally panics and gives fouls away.

Not strong enough physically or mentally for this league.

 

Not sure why he played tonight having Silva and Chalobah available. Not sad to see him go, never wanted to be here and he’s not playing for us anymore, so good bye.

I'll happily drive AC to the airport, ferry terminal, Paddington, wherever he needs to go to move to Barcelona.  Had his moments, but is as soft as they come, and doesn't really offer anything more than a training dummy could if stationed on the 18 yard box.

I do not want to see him in a Chelsea shirt anymore.  I have never said that about any Chelsea player, but he really irritates me.

He was excellent last year when TT first started, but his lack of progress this year has been disappointing.

Should never have sold him in the first place. We kept Chalobah and Sarr over Guehi, Guehi is twice the player of both.

He's not as invested in us this season. All year long it's been "AC new contract stalemate" or "contract offers from Barca"

True though as Haaland shows City have the biggest PL chequebook. Only PSG offers better in the Europe.

Don't be surprised if Newcastle hijack the Haaland deal axman. They have bags of dosh now. Also Haaland comes from Norway. That is near the north pole. So is Newcastle.
