January 21, 20188 yr Was trying to have a think about young players (under 23) that we could buy that have potential to be world class, and there isn't anyone that was sticking out that isn't already playing for a bigger team than Chelsea, (that I could think of).. Taking a risk on young talent seems to be our only way of being able to get new worldies into the team going forward, given the current market. So why not do a bit of brainstorming together; who's out there that could be the next Sane/Jesus/Dembele etc that we should be looking at?
January 22, 20188 yr We already have one of them, Billy Gilmour. Already scoring goals like Zola did against Norwich.
January 22, 20188 yr Malcolm Justin Kluivert Ante Coric: New Modric? Amadou Diawara Lucas Torreira Arthur Milinkovic Pulisic Kessie
January 22, 20188 yr We've got quite a few diamonds sitting on our bench and in our academy and maybe the focus should be to bed those guys into the team, for example I didnt think Musonda had that sort of vision and ability in his locker when he assisted the fourth goal on Saturday. It is just a matter of opportunity for some of them, I think Ampadu, Musonda, RLC & Sterling will be a integral part of our squad within the next 3 years.
January 22, 20188 yr Leon BaileyI really want us to get his gem.... and Fekir. We would be set for a while.
January 22, 20188 yr I forgot to mention Ampadu. He's only 17 but he plays like a well experienced defender. Probably the youngest valuable player we got at the moment. Future is looking bright for our youth players. Dujon Sterling included. He's only 18.
January 22, 20188 yr I get the feeling that RA wants a manager to bring through a lot of these youngsters especially while we are facing the stadium redevelopment.
January 22, 20188 yr I thought this was about Brock Lesnar for a minute. Arthur from Gremio, i listened to a podcast recently and someone was raving about this guy. Barcelona are interested.
January 22, 20188 yr Author haha, didn't realise Brock Lesnar was that young...he'd be a good keeper as would just take up the whole net.
January 22, 20188 yr I think the next big thing will come out of the blue like Harry Kane or Mbappe. For some reason 90% of the time we hear about a wonder kid they end up not reaching the heights we expected.
January 27, 20188 yr The three players I have big hopes for are Hudon-Adoi, Mason Mount and Billy Gimour. All look to have something a bit special about them. I would also do everything possible to sign Ryan Sessignon from Fulham.

February 2, 20188 yr Joe Gomez could become a top player. Impressive on international duty for England. Rashford has all the tools to become a beast. Mainland-Niles looks like a potential classy footballer. Versatile as well. Edited February 2, 20188 yr by Famous CFC
February 2, 20188 yr Gomez has been terrible, fully to blame for about 5 goals in the last month or so.
February 2, 20188 yr I said become. You don't have great games against Brazil and Germany if you don't have ability. He'll make mistakes for sure, but he has the tools to be a boss player. Good observation though, coach.
February 2, 20188 yr Just on this next big thing idea. My word Genk in Belgium seem to have an amazing rate of producing these players. De Bruyne, Courtois, Koulibaly, Milinkovic-Savic, Bailey. Incredible for one club. Benteke and Ndidi from there too.
