Absolutely fantastic players.

There is a reason Juve were going to replace Alex Sandro with him.

We basically signed a younger version of him, absolutely fantástic piece of business by the club

 

Great signing, all round play is good, quick, can overlap Hazard, cross, defend. 

looks a player.

Would like to see him whip in some more crosses but otherwise he was great.

Defensively he looks solid has pace to track back, And looked good going forward set up Morata with a good pass but his first touch let him down. His crossing was only negative.

like i said in the match thread. for a player who hasn't even played a full game for us since joining, to then play two games in four days with little to no sign of looking out of place, it's impressive. 

I really like him and feel he will be a brilliant purchase, with him and Alonso that side,I'm really happy,it's the other side that's the main problem

Moses isn't that bad, with Aina as backup i think that would be fine for next season but I'm sure alot will disagree. I cant really think of an outstanding player we can get to replace Moses anyway. It just looks bad because we spent alot of money on super mario and he's bang average.

Meunier is a f**king beast and is available, but knowing our board, we won´t even look at him

I think when Alonso is back from suspension he'll walk back into the side, however, Emerson has given Conte and Alonso a lot of things to think about and if Alonso doesnt up his game consistently, he'll be 2nd choice next year.

Moses is piss poor and his future here is linked to the 5-2-3 formation we are currently using. Hopefully we go back to 4-3-3 next season.

Alonso will be second choice next year as we will be playing a back 4. 

He oozes class, you can just tell he probably will become a world class wing back, he has all the tools to do so.

Alonso is a great player and I’m a huge fan, but Emerson looks like he can be so much better.

Why didn’t Conte even play him at all when Alonso was able to start? Puzzling!

I fear Conte will drop him when Alonso is back regardless of how good this lad plays.

Meunier already came out and said he had an offer from us but chose PSG, so our board has already looked at him.

He shouldn't. Emerson is far superior in every regard except for set pieces.

I agree but I reckon Conte will throw in Alonso, hes been a huge part of the success of the 343, now, hes also been a big part in us getting murdered down the left flank this season too.

All I hope is that Emerson keeps performing, that will surely turn Contes head but I think his loyalty to his senior players will see him pick Alonso for the Liverpool game, even though Emersons pace would cope considerably better with Mane or Salah,

I wouldn't be completely against trying alonso in midfield he's only slow for a full back, fairly mobile and a decent passer worth a try

He's played centre back for fiorentina before yeah 

I mentioned a while ago he could do that LCB role, like dave does RCB. Less pace required, he's tall and good in the air, and would allow a faster LWB

I think Alonso at CB would be a disaster. I'd  prefer Cahill at CB and thats saying something.

I still think he can do a midfielder role. Perhaps that B2B, but maybe he isn't good enough in the defending department for that. Although we just need a mixture of both. And when he is a B2B, he can shoot and pass as much as he likes. No more crosses, and besides Willian we need someone who can take a good free kick.
