Article even mentions they would consider an 11th hour bid even though we are in stage two. Which does not say a great deal for Raine or their choices so far does it? Probably due to the fact that most Billionaires have skeletons in their closet in one way or another; no one amasses that amount of money without a few dodgy deals and dealing to some shady characters along the way.
