Hard to pick, so many top performances in that 2nd half from multiple players. Christensen, Kovacic, Emerson, Hazard, Giroud. 

I'm probably leaning more towards Azpilicueta because he was quality for the full 90 mins, but it's also hard to ignore the importance of Kovacic's drive from midfield, I feel that is what got us going. Then there is Hazard of course, scoring 2 goals in what is probably his final game for the club.

I want to vote for that Sexy Beast Giroud but let's be real, we all know who the Man of the Hour is. 

Scored 2 and set up 1. Has to be Hazard in what would appear to be his last game for us. Great player for us for 7 seasons, all the best for the future.

Loads of good performances tonight but it has to be the main man.

Brilliant player, gonna miss him but I’m happy we had him for 7 years!

Voted for Hazard, and gave a little big cheer for Kante: in tne starting line-up when many supporters had written him off for at least 6 months.

Giroud saved his best game for tonight, perfect timing.

Emerson tonight was superb as was Kovacic. Giroud's goal was massive also.

Giroud for me, scored the first, won the penalty for the third and put the fourth on a plate for Eden with a delightful chip.

One of his best games for us - HMs for Eden, Dave and Jorginho who were all excellent.

Hazard with special mentions for Christensen, Kante and Emerson.

Yeah has to be Hazard for me, ran them completely ragged. Kova also had a great game, one of his best in a Chelsea shirt imo. Kanté looked a bit off the pace at the start but grew as the match went on, solid performance. In fact pretty much everyone turned up and put a performance in. But Hazard gets my vote here.

Pretty crazy to think that Christensen, Emerson and Azpi are all contenders for MoTM when we've had so many defensive problems this season. Immense from all of them, even Luiz

Gotta be Hazzy.  Let him bow out with a MOTM performance.

If this is his final Chelsea match, then it's the perfect way to go.

Hazard, Giroud, Emerson, Christensen had all a fantastic game.

But I have to choose Azpilicueta. Captain performance, actions of a real leader after the game. Since the first minute, we could feel that he is the game and I think he was the best.

Wasn’t thinking last night and clicked Pedro (although he did have a good one).

Hazard was the man as always! Don’t even want to think how we’re going to be without him, f**ksake!

Went for Giroud. Probably should have gone for Hazard but Giroud’s header started the whole thing. 

Hazard for sure, thought he was fantastic, two goals and an assist.

Thoyght Giroud was fantastic aswell.

Hazard was amazing. Giroud played better and better as the match went on. Kante was Kante and his fitness still blows me away. Emerson started slow but really grew into the match as well. Kovacic frustrated me going forward at times but he played very well as well. Jorginho ran things in midfield. Azpi and Christensen made plays that needed to be made, especially at the end of the match blocking shots and sacrificing their bodies. Luiz also played well. The defense was a little shaky to start and they had their moments but the team as whole really grew into the match, especially in the second half. I did not see 4-1 in the second half coming. 

I am going to miss watching Eden play week in week out. But one thing is he is going to absolutely boss it in Spain. Being at Real Madrid he will get calls that he hasn't received in England. They'll (referees) will protect him better there, IMO.

I can't stand Real Madrid, but while he is there, I will watch their matches and I will root for him and hope they do well (except for against Chelsea).
