To be fair he uses his body well very similar to what hazard used to do but without the quality but I do think mount is better overall 

Happy with that, was always going to be tricky after no competitive football for a long time.

First back to back PL wins for us since early November.

Reality is franks just not good at defensive tactics, not his forte he needs to bring in a better defensive coach, JT would be perfect

Important win, disappointed that 1st half showed up our problems against lower table teams yet again, but a quick two goals around the hour mark to turn it around in the 2nd half, and then see the match out till the full-time whistle, very glad of it!

Overall really relieved and pleased with the result, performance far from our best, but grinding out a win is especially important at this point in the season, and with the long interruption we had recent months, quite a few other teams struggling for form with the restart, so good to get the 3 points today.

James had a slight mare when he came on, kept gifting the ball back to the opposition.

Barkley the unsung hero today, gave us a threat from midfield. Had it not been for him running in and occupying one of the defenders Pulisic would not have been free back post to knock it in.

Also, Grealish is an overrated w**ker with sh*t hair.

Kante managed him superbly. Was on him whenever he found any space. Had to resort to diving to get anywhere against him. 

Bloke needs to get a proper haircut and pull his f**king socks up. Nothing invites a studs up challenge halfway up the shin than w**kers who leave their socks down. 

Really glad we won it, but we saw more of the same problems we've seen all season. We dominate the game, concede a set piece and either don't create any chances or squander sitters, it's either one of that last bit, it was about to be the former part but then Giroud and Pulisic showed up. 

All in all, good performance, I think with all of our players back, we might have a chance of securing top 4, I'm still not that confident though with our fixtures. 

Barkley was great when he came on, I think he'll be an important player in the run in.

It's amazing how much praise Grealish gets. I never seen a single piece of decent football from him today, he was too busy kissing the grass. If people think Grealish is great, then Mount must be one of the best players in the world, he's out played him both times they have come up against each other.

Graelish couldn't have came into football at a better time, the sport awards diva's like him. I'm sick of the English player bias in this country and referees are very guilty of it, he got the benefit of the doubt on every position there and the commenators didn't even mention that horrible freekick that lead to the goal, no way was that freekick. 

Very happy with 3 points, but can we please try to find a replacement for Christensen in defence? He has to be one of the most average defenders I've seen.

Brilliant 3 points, but the balance looks wrong, why did Christensen look so much better than Rudiger, we missed that controlling midfielder that Gilmour has shown recently, Mount was superb today, first game back, they all get a pass.

not true.. he played much better than Rudiger... his passing was great today... always made the right decision.. On the goal we conceded it was on Kepa, Azpi for not setting up the wall right.. and Rudi for playing everyone onside.. While he did make that one mistake.. Rudi made atleast 2.. apart from giving the ball constantly away, giving so many cheap fouls too.. Remember these guys are coming back after 3 months everyone is rusty.. 

On today's performance he is way above Rudi in the pecking order.

So now we have to hope Liverpool win the next two matches; today and Wednesday. If they do City have nothing to play for against us.
