The data is flawed or irrelevant. You can't compare chilwell speed with reguillon based on different data sources.

I just don't believe that Leicester have 4 players faster than everyone in la liga. Therefore I think the data is flawed.

Those top speed stats are nonsense... but... as a Leicester fan I can put this "slow" stuff to bed. He's not, he's clearly one of the quickest in our team and not a single Leicester fan has ever accused him of being slow or his pace being an issue.

No offence meant at all to the Leicester lad in this thread (who had a pretty well balanced analysis), but important to remember fans often have a bias against players who are leaving their club. Seen a lot of LCFC fans over social media outright saying he's sh*t and celebrating his departure, which is nonsense. We all know we did it when Luiz/Willian went to Arsenal, we point out their weaknesses and their blunders but brush over anything brilliant they may have done recently... Just as I feel most of us are praying Willian flops at Arsenal, plenty Leicester fans will be hoping Chilwell flops with us, to prove him wrong for making this transfer decision.

Had Leicester managed to stay in the top 4 this transfer would have been an even harder mission.

They started with the price tag of 80m and things look different now as most report we will sign him for 50m, they secured Maddison that signed a new contract but it's pretty clear that they will lose an important player to us.

Far better? The bloke you just heard about a few weeks ago? How many players do we see come from Spain, Holland, Italy etc that do really well in those leagues but they cannot handle the physicality of the prem and the lack of "protection" - if you will - from referees.

Maybe we should trust Frank and his vision for the direction of the club, regardless of who random person on the internet feels is better

You tell us, how many players did as good as being considered the best in their position in their league and came to england and couldn´t handdle the physicality?
I dont think Chelsea should sign Regullion because of the buy back clause but this physicality thing is bullsh*t to me
 

I wonder if this will get announced today. As someone who obviously knows the ins & outs of player transfers it does seem to have dragged on a bit. I mean I’m taking that from when random Twitter users have said it was a done deal...

So yes, with the reliability of Twitter and my inside knowledge of million pounds football transactions... this does seem to be taking it’s time. 

I reckon Sarr will be the first one to be announced.

Well Frank is getting what he wants...BUT IF these rumours do materialise into actual signings then he'll need to prove himself this season or otherwise he'll be facing the chop...lot of pressure on Frank and the board to see RA's investments show dividends...

I’m solely relying on media reports which is pointless to be honest. Just seems like we’ve been told the deal is close since the weekend, I would have thought it would be pretty swift after that. But three days later? Maybe it isn’t close. But again I don’t know how transfers work and I’m going by Twitter, so I’ve really nothing to base my opinion on.

Doubt he'll get the chop if he doesn't win anything this season. 3rd place, quarter/semis of the CL and final of the FA cup would be a good year. Then go for the league the following season when we can properly sort out the defence.

Well you may laugh but I invested my own time and know more about the players than you who are complaining about the past which isn't relevant today.

When it comes down to it, to google around and see videos and stat websites and to watch Reguilon play against 2 PL teams (Wolves and ManU) and in Europa league final, all that is more than enough to form a valid opinion about a player, even if I didn't pay attention to him prior, so your complaint holds no water.
