February 14, 20224 yr What a player, just a shame we didnt get him earlier in his career. Interesting reading the first few pages of this thread...😬
February 14, 20224 yr Still think his goal line clearance v Juventus is the best goal line clearance I have ever seen.

To be fair, I don't think many were against signing him, we all knew how good he was, we were just cautious because of his age and his injuries at the time. It was also really odd how PSG were perfectly happy to let him go. Situations like we have seen with Thiago Silva are very rare, almost unheard of.
February 22, 20224 yr He’s managed to make his way into my favourite Chelsea players ever after such a short period of time, he’s just brilliant
February 22, 20224 yr When he made that block and then came running out like a madman and got his head on it. Goosebumps.

February 23, 20224 yr I have so much respect to Ronaldo, Ibrahimovic, Buffon, Messi, Joaquin, but sometimes I feel that Thiago Silva doesn't get enough credit. 37 years old! One of the best CB's in the best league in the world, leading the defense of European Champion club, proving game after game that he's top class defender. I just hope he will keep this form as long as he can because when I see him play, I don't feel his age, I feel his passion, leadership, defending ability and world class player.
