? Fair point, I’d overlooked that - though he had to bankrupt them to manage that.

Nah - the owners pretended to have lots of money they actually didn’t. String of dodgy owner did it actually.

He’s a born winner obviously.

Oh, Munkie is right, that has a whiff of homophobia, among other unpleasantness.

Come on Floyd, you're not usually like this! Disappointment speaking?

Chelsea being sh*te can do that to a person without two childish dickheads winding you up on top! Hopefully the authorities let it slide.

Picking Heinz though, just shocking behaviour.

I don't get the slow build up and refusal to make that quick forward pass.

I'm afraid for me Frank needs to show he's capable of actually managing this team. He is un inspiring on the touchline, not quite Sarri level but close.

We are only managing to beat the leagues whipping boys, we look toothless against any decent competition.

Havertz hasn't looked anywhere near up to speed yet, and if thats covid related he shouldn't be playing ! Timo has definitely lost his spark and playing him out of position isnt going to improve that.

Who is the best team we have beat this year?   And don't say Sevilla when they had 5-6 starters out of there lineup....we haven't beaten anyone of note.

My sentiments exactly

Go f**k yourself ?

Just now, Scott Harris said:

When has he ever been in the position to beat a player for pace? The ball is played to him in wide areas where he is being asked to play crosses into the box or take on the defender and beat them with skill like Pulisic or Hazard. That isn't Werner, Werner got his nickname from balls being fed through to him that he could run onto and beat his man for pace to score a goal or set up a team mate.

I do wonder if we have a Giroud problem. Tammy might not be many fans cup of tea but he was a perfect foil for Werner. He isn’t going to win many aerial fuels but he would come short, allowing Werner to exploit the space between the full back & centre back. With Giroud we have been playing more aerial balls for him to hold up, which with teams sitting deep reduces the space for Werner to run into.

Earlier in the season with Tammy up top, Lamps was also using Chiwell/James as width allowing Werner to play closer to Tammy. Now with Giroud he has changed it to Pulisic & Werner providing the width.

If Jose was manager Kai would have been fortunate to last till HT..

TBF we didnt have a great bench today..But one totally bizarre thing as most people pointed out here is switching Pulisic who was our only hope...Wonder whether what lamps was thinking!!!

Werner absolutely killed us tonight, much worse than Havertz. Seriously needs a new winger if with Pulisic and CHO constant injuries doesn’t stop. Mendy looking a bit shaky the past couple of games but I wouldn’t blame him for the losses. There’s really a lack of creativity since Ziyech went out injured. A lot of players dropped level the past games; Chillwell, Werner, Kovacic and even Silva have not been at their best. Still have faith in Lampard but he really needs to turn this around.

Funny thing to me is manu can be  sh*te for 80 minutes but can be full of threat for 10.minutes in which they look so direct and threatening...

I dont see such a phase in our game where we look scary to opponents...

Unlike Kovacic I aim to please!

As much as Havertz is understandably copping a bit of heat, chelsea actually got worse after Kovacic replaced him. Was supposed to inject fresh legs in a midfield battle chelsea were now losing but went AWOL.

I remember asking for Giroud to play more, but Lampard has gone to the other extreme now and is playing Giroud in every game and giving Abraham 10 minutes here and there. I understand picking players in form, but sometimes that is not what gets the best out of the team. I have been saying from the start that Abraham and Giroud should share the role equally, not pick one player and then leave the other out for a bunch of games. It should be about the team we play against and the condition of our squad at the time, not just the form of one player. There are a handful of games now where it would have been better to start one of those strikers over the other, but Lampard has gone for the player in form every time.

And seriously how good is Kanté? He was absolutely everywhere, best player on the field by a mile.

The guy is well and truly back to his best now. Player of the season so far for me.

Was the Chilwell who said recently something about team being unbeatable. Now she should eat his words and say otherwise so we can start winning again.

Yeah, in the Guardian on Saturday...something like we don't think we can be beaten.

I knew then we were f**ked,

Yeah agree with this to an extent. Frank's over-relying on Giroud to get the goals now after the drought and it's distorting our play. It makes our play very predictable and slow; Wolves dealt with our crosses comfortably first half (well the one's that reached Giroud anyway) and there's no-one around to pick up the second ball either.

Dreadful wasn't he. And I'll happily admit that at half time I wanted him on to replace Havertz. Billy Gilmour must be looking like a really credible starter now.

Abysmal collapse, should have never lost the game. We were in control, then didint either push on for a goal or protect the lead. We had 6-7 going forward ad 3-4 lagging behind the half way line, leaving ample room for the counter attack and paid for it. It's not all on Lampard but he should have made a change to steady the ship. Really poor defensive work to allow the 2 goals in, first time see Zouma struggled that much against speed player, that denied penalty was the warning shot and nothing has been done to address the marking against Neto. By his high standard, poor work by Mendy to let the first goal in, and everyone was diving around instead stay on feet to let the guy turn and fire the shot in. Upfront, good on Giroud for the goal, but he did miss quite a few chances, and the threat of Werner has been nullified completely by the current setup.

Do you Brits really eat beans for breakfast?  If I did that , I would be farting all day, Not good!

Go to Britain and get yourself a fry up. It's my favourite meal....proper bacon not American "bacon"... a side note. We tend to prefer Danish bacon to British bacon, Irish sausage, any eggs as long as they are fried. Most of an English breakfast is foreign but we made it and it's to die for

Nothing wrong with farting, especially when your in bed with your partner, give him or her a Dutch oven ?
