Look at their team! If in some parallel dimension we won this game city fans wouldn't just accept it because "we had X players missing with covid" their team is well capable of beating us. And the players missing is emphasised by the sack Frank brigade for losing a game we shouldn't be expected to win. You're right our team is awful right now and it's time for the players out there to take some responsibility!

And nobody is making excuses for Frank, some of us just have bit more patience and believe sacking him doesn't right all our wrongs.

Realistically because any incoming manager needs to feel we'd give a manager the time to implement their team and ideas. If we finish 14th, then no manager in the world will blame the board for us sacking Lampard. If we sack Lampard in January after one months bad form, it raises questions on whether the board was too rash.

Sacking Lampard in January continues the (becoming unfair) theme that we are a club who fires their managers quickly and doesn't give them time. Something we didn't do with Sarri because he quit

We've changed up the usual slow build up and safe play for quick and dangerous passing, it was perhaps something new to try to up our form but it's backfired massively, certainly not the game to experiment with.

I've always backed Frank. I want him to succeed but unlike other clubs we are quicker to pull the trigger. We've spent alot of money on quality players. The problem is for me is that I don't see any sign of improvement in the way we play and our discipline. It's hard to compare coaches right now as Frank is still very much a junior in the job. Pep has a style and even with a side ravaged with covid and injuries they will still play his way. Most top coaches have an identity. How do Chelsea play right now? 

I want him to stay and get time but I wouldn't be surprised if something happens over the next few weeks. 

Kovacic and Kate are massive liabilities. 

The cause of all our problems is our garbage midfield. No creativity whatsoever and all those 3 bums can do is just pass side to side. Mount, Kante and Kovacic all need to leave the club

We can't deliver a final pass, we can't finish, they run pass our midfield and our defence gives them all the room they need to score.

But aside from that, we're doing fine!

What is the point of Kovacic this season? He offers absolutely nothing. Take him off for Gilmour or Havertz.

Mentality has gone. They don’t work anywhere near hard enough on or off the ball. Players are better playing on instinct than what we coach. 
We’ve become so soft and is disgraceful to watch. No one really wants to make it happen. 
 

If you spent hundreds of millions to improve your squad and you got worse, I think you'd start looking for a person or two to sack
