Good Result, but I am not happy at all about the performance. Front line looks Terrible, no where near the likes of Utd, City and Liverpool or for that matter Leicester. My take on the game:

1) Touchel needs to sort out Werner, he is simply lost his Mojo. Absolutely clueless when he has the ball, some sort of mental issue

2) Our first half defensive display was the best in Years

3) I think the front three of Pulisic, Mount and Abraham would be more suitable, with Kante and Jorginho. Bring on CHO for james when we need to attack. 

4) Despite his wonder goal last game, Alonso has more bad games than good perhaps consider Pulisic for that role when we want to go offensive.

 

Next two games are definitely winnable

You can clearly see our movement and passing speed is much better, but we do need more drive and inventiveness in the final third.

Timo looked knackered in the last 20 minutes, personally I would have hooked him and left CHO on, and played Giroud further up.

Spurs had a few moments but we were fully in control for most of the game.

Tbh I think under Lamps it would've just gotten worse but I don't know that for sure, nobody does. A silly post I agree, and Lampard had a good record against Spurs, Jose especially.

I cant hate Jose, after what he did with us. But he is a c**t, so happy he's with that lot !

Have to admit we do look much better drilled since TT came in.

Totally dominated that first half. Spurs were always gonna improve second 45 and it was a nervy last 10 minutes, but thankfully we held on. Solid performance - if only we could be more prolific in front of goal and kill these games off. Guess that will be TT's main objective now he has the defence looking tighter. Just hope Silva isn't out for long.

At this stage, it’s all about just getting results. We look so much more solid and organised. The killer instinct will come, I’m sure. 

What Tuchel has done in a short period is gave us structure and played experience. In time he is will probably instill players like Billy and Tammy more.

I just don’t see the point of bringing up Lampard into this, we’ve played great football with him, we’ve beaten this c**ts several times and dominating them. We’ve not been very good in the second half today, though we should’ve been up two or three. So no, I just don’t see why we would have lost if it weren’t for Tuchel. And most importantly, why have a dig at Lampard? ????

I think we are going to struggle for end product if Tuchel does not play a genuine Centre Forward and opts for Werner who is clearly underperforming. 

Really need Giroud or Tammy leading the line.

My thoughts exactly, you know the patter, 'Harry......'i'lThe boss is going to be very very cross, my glass ankles are very shattered, and Debbie didn't even play', but Chelsea lion were very very good, i'm having a word with Gareth, Mount is to good for England, lol'
 

In future I'd have Billy in the squad over Kante, he just doesn't fit this style of football.

Great away win, first half was very pleasing, second half maybe not so, still dodgy at seeing out the game at one nil. The nerve was held though.

Is there anyone but him who would even deny that's a penalty? Even Spurs players were barely protesting and they will throw punches over a throwing. 

Has Jorginho ever scored from open play for us?
