Sorry, misread the post. I thought you were saying Jorginho was MOTM because Kova was that bad. 

And nah gotta give Jorginho his props, I think he's been good lately under Tuchel. Still, I'm going to give it more time before I competely judge. 

Tuchel has got a job on sorting our final third decision making, if we're this wasteful going forward we will be punished, especially vs Atletico.

7/9 points last 3 moves us up the table. No goals conceded. However we have now played three in a row against low block. Have to see how e we go when teams press up high. 

Kante really struggles coming back from injuries these days I've noticed, looked really out of it this game, can't see him starting next game. Pulisic looks rusty also. 

Under lampard we would have not won that.

Werner is massively off form. Not saying Tammy or Giroud would have been more productive here though. When Werner finds his form we will finish games off.

Yeah Kante is quality but he was very poor when he came on. Pulisic has been rusty for too long now.

For a player who looks technically superb on the ball, when it comes to finishing he looks like he doesn't even know how to shoot. I don't think I've ever seen him shoot with his laces or just put his foot through the ball, he either toe pokes it or tries to side shot it into the net, even if it's outside the box...

Result all it matters in this game. I reckon with each good results, players confidence will pick up, which will help to put that final pass in or slot the shot on goal. The new system is taking shape slowly but nicely, not saying this is Conte 2.0 but it does pose threat we didn;t have 3-4 weeks ago. Tuchel seems to start with a clean slate, all the players have a chance to make it, and many have stepped up.

Apart from the league cup game Mount has been fantastic every time Vs Spurs.

Great to beat Spurs. Great to get back to back league wins for the first time this season. Great to keep another clean sheet.

Not all great though. I’m absolutely staggered by how bad we are in the all important last bit of the pitch. I don’t think we’d have ever scored a goal from open play if we’d played for a week.

Also thought the Kovacic for Kante sub was interesting as it seemed to coincide with Spurs completely dominating the rest of the game. Thankfully their finishing is just as bad as ours as they did create quite a few chances in that last ten minutes.

And fingers crossed Thiago’s thigh injury is not serious. He’s been fantastic and is a pleasure to watch.

We’ve beaten this lot in 90 minutes under Lampard before, I think we only lost once to penalties this season in the league cup. So that’s a silly thing to say and an uncall for dig to Lampard.

I think we can all agree this was a great performance in all aspects, apart from the finishing. But Tottenham were horrendous.
