You think he was bad?? I thought Kova was superb first half, 2nd half shaky but we looked worse without him. 

Good Victory against the Spuds who are absolutely poor without Kane but these guys needs to be buried in 2nd Half with 0:3.

Tuchel must sharpen the Forwarders but it looks already much better than under Lampard. 

My god that was painful, Job done in difficult conditions but we should have torn that lot apart 

still we just don’t put away the chances. I would be on full time shooting practice if I was TT

Jorginho and Kovacic were superb in the first half, really impressed with their performance (and I was quite critical of them both).

Fantastic win. Great performance, but it helps Spurs are in such a slump. Players looking very composed and organised. Attack still not functioning but lots to be happy about so far.

Him and Jorginho are looking like they’re back to that partnership they used to have. Hopefully Kante isn’t forced back in if they keep it up, that f**ked it last time. 

Have to stand up and say I'm not a Jorginho fan but he dictated it tonight. 

Spurs are shocking, they let us do what we wanted in midfield. 

Jose looks like a dinosaur right now.

Not convincing, but a win is a win. Werner is a total waste in all aspects of the game. Doesn't even try anymore.

Deserved the win, Tottenham were awful. That was probably the easiest game we have had against them in years.

They have gone backwards under Mourinho, Pochettino's Tottenham would have given us a much tougher game. Oh well, sucks to be them, things are as they should be

Enjoyed the win but f**k it’s hard to enjoy the match. Jorginho, Mount and Kova all had good games. Credit to Christianson who was solid.

Try and keep up slojo, I thought Kovacic was MOTM followed by Mount.

Kova was brilliant. Just wish he could shoot.

Kante was dire when he came on. Wasn’t anywhere near a Tottenham player when we were defending then he literally wasn’t marking anyone not within 15 yards of a player. Dreadful booking too. I think Tuchel only pulled kova because of how angry him just toe poking the ball out when he made that run and had Werner and pulisic wide open hope he sees quickly that Kante isn’t the same version he thought he was signing and doesn’t persist with it.

Happy about winning but if they had Kane I think they would have at least got a draw.

I thought Kova was Motm aswell, really started to struggle when he came off. Just wish he had some sort of attacking mentality!

Always saw that as a mistake by Lampard. Shoehorning Kante into the side was (for me) a bad idea then and it would be a bad idea now.

Don't think Tuchel is going to do it though.
