Was about to say something similar. No mobility, turns so slow and can't even make a routine pass. 

We all knew this before we signed him though, it's just a shame the club couldn't see it.

The dribbling skills of Luikaku and Werner are hilariously bad for this level of football. They literally just run straight into their opponent every time, hoping to somehow luckily get through.

Defenders didn't want to get too close to Suarez. He would try and eat them if they did.

He scored a goal so he's back at doing his job, I knew him and Werner should become a good partnership and they delivered.

We may aswell have just kept Tammy if we wanted a "flawed, doesn't quite suit the system but will bag a few" type of player.

Still looks pretty well short of match fitness. Presumably it's harder for big lads to get back to full sharpness? I am of course basing this on extensive medical knowledge and thorough research and not random [hopeful] speculation.

I would actually fancy Abraham to do better in this system. He had issues with sorting his feet out, but I would bet he would have had better link up play and mobility than Lukaku. Definitely wouldn't have been the answer going forward, but much better than throwing £100m at Inter for Lukaku.

Infact I'd say it's testament to just how naturally gifted he is that's he's managed to get as far as he has despite such an obvious mental block.  

Nah Morata scould not cope with pl physicality. My point is simple a lot of people want a st who doesn't want to duel against cb, but a st who will avoid contact,move  around,clean technique then get the end of crosses, then Morata is very good.

He needs to do what he did against Arsenal and tussle and roll defenders, I don't know why he doesn't do that anymore. I watched the Juve Amazon doc and Pirlo identified that as something CBs can't cope with so don't get too close, so he was surely doing that in Italy as well.

Pablo Mari was stupid enough to keep engaging, not many others are unfortunately.

Christ, we sound like Utd fans on here constantly putting him down. He's not been able to have a good run of games, ideally he needs to play in an interchangeable front 3 otherwise we tend to use him as a target man.

The guy is also coming back from an injury, we need to cut him some slack.

Thought he did okay, 1st start in 2 months, scored and put one on a plate for Mount. 

Service was generally awful again, especially from Saul. 

It must be a long time since we had 3 goals all from our strikers. Maybe Giroud away at Sevilla?

Yes but if they give you space then you pass and move, he can be a very dangerous player. Don't understand why he is trying to dribble through their entire defence by himself
