We really need to figure out how to break down teams who play with 10 men behind the ball, and I’m not sure passing it from Alonso to rudiger to Alonso to Ziyech to kovacic to Silva to mendy is the answer

How Alonso gets in this side against good opposition is head scratching. He's playing about as good as he did Saturday.  Has Ben fallen out with TT or something?  Kovacic having a bit of a mare for a change..

Get CHO on that left field instead of Ziyech... Stop that ball trapping, pass to rudiger or Alonso's right foot in the halfway line.

Juve aren't playing a 4-4-2, it's a 4-3-3 which turns into a 4-4-1-1 (sort of) when they are out of possession.

This is really uninspiring stuff. We don't really seem to have a plan to get the ball into the box beyond aimless crossing or Havertz trying to dribble through about four players. They look far, far more likely to score than we do, and it's progressively getting worse as the half goes on.

I mean a draw away at Juventus when we're missing our two best players isn't a bad result on paper, but still... what is the plan here exactly?

Someone fire up the half time cattle prod for Ziyech please. He does nothing.

He needs to bin this formation, and build his tactics around the players we have. He seems to be hiding behind this formation and the solidity 3CBs offer.

What's our problem? Are our players just not compatible in attack? Is it the system? Are the players just not good enough to consistently breakdown teams? Is it the coaches tactics? I don't know why we struggle to create clear cut chances I really don't know it could be any of those or something else

PS. Kai Havertz is absolute dog sh*t and anyone that thinks he’s going to turn in to something special because he did well in the f**king bundesliga needs a word.
